Scam business - I reserved this tour through Viator with the entrance fees included. But when we were picked up from the hotel and drove to the tour point, the guide said we had to pay our entrance fee because she was intructed to do so. When I argued that was not the case showing our voucher, she would talked to the company but we had to pay the fee anyway before they solved the issue. The funny thing happened later. This company, ARO travel, changed the contents of the tour on Viator EXCLUDING entrance fees and told us so we should pay them. Ha ha. Very funny. Unbelievable. Viator should remove this company from their website.

Viator should kick out this company - This tour agency conducts very UNFAIR business. I reserved this tour thru Viator reading the contents of their tour service including all entrance fees (Before photo), but in reality the guide told me that she was informed differently. When I protested showing my reservation details, the agency simply changed the content in Viator (After photo) and forced me to agree with it. Very funny. Viator should expel this company from their site. In addition, the guide of the tour was not very helpful either and led us to many tourist trap shops, in one of which even tried to cheat us over their already ridiculous price.
