Exceptional organisation and care - Very good organisation. The tour operator has dedicated personnel that speak different languages. The owner was extremely attentive and made sure my safety came first at all times. The driver too. He even accompanied me to the Egyptian museum and guided me around.

Fantastic day with Mido - We had a fabulous day in Cairo, Giza pyramids and Sphinx + lunch and vist at Mummy museum. Mido was excellent, giving us loads of information. Modo was very polite, helpful, he even tried to contact Egyptiair who lost our suitcase, but this was not sorted at the ti.e as Egyptiair was not very helpful. I want to thank you for fantastic day and will be back to use your service again. Lucy and Sid 😃

It was good, best price i... - It was good, best price i could find anywhere... If you are visiting in summer best to go as early as possible to enjoy every site or else you don't feel like spending time anywhere. Overall very recommended.

Excellent day but here are the things to know before booking! - We had a great day, the guide was a passionate Egyptologist who spoke French very well and the sites are just wonderful. We were amazed and learned a lot. Thanks Sally! It’s truly an unmissable day. I just remove one star for the communication / clarity between trip advisor, the tour operator, the guide and us. We asked ourselves the question of entrances to the sites since they appear in "included" and "not included", I confirm that they are not, so you will have to buy your tickets on site, bring your books carefully. We had booked a French-speaking guide (selection possible on trip advisor, apparently at no extra cost) but when communicating via WhatsApp, I was asked to add €5 per person to give to the guide on the big day. Fortunately I have checked again the day before that the guide would be French-speaking, it seems to me that Sally was mandated following this reminder. I speak English but a day so full of information deserves to be spent in your native language. Drinks are not included with the lunch meal and we did not get the promised bottled water throughout the day. No big sums but just the principle of having announced them... We had to buy bottles of water on the way, our bottle quickly not being enough in 31 degrees... The day before we were told a pick-up at 9 a.m., but the guide arrived at 8:30 a.m. when we were just starting our breakfast with views of the pyramids, it spoiled our time a little to be rushed because "the sites are closing early during Ramadan. Ultimately we wouldn't have missed any of the sites if we left at 9am but we would probably have missed a few stores... In summary, I recommend this day but don't forget your money, your water and don't hesitate to contact them the day before to check times and languages!!!

Incredible visit to the places but the guide was bad, he took us wherever he wanted and since we didn't buy anything he left us stranded. - The driver arrived on time, but we had to pick up the guide somewhere else. Although the visit was incredible because the pyramids are fantastic and the tour included the photo with the camels, it was annoying trying to convince us to pay for the camel tour through the desert. Also, after Giza they took us to 3 stores to waste time. Since it was late and we were tired we only went to Saqqara and did not want to go to Memphis. Another thing that bothered me is that the guide made me buy 4 tickets in Giza and I realized later, since there were only 2 of us. Also the guide left us stranded after the shops, but we stayed with the driver who was super behaved . Obviously we gave the tip to him.
