Experiencia linda para ser repetida / Nice experience to be repeated - Contratamos una excursión privada de 3 dias en El Cairo en Español. Desde la llegada al aeropuerto en el dia 05/06/24 hasta nuestra salida (08/06/24) para el proximo destino, siempre estuvimos en la compañia de unos de los traductores. En nuestros tours diurnos, Sherif fue nuestro guia. Persona con muchos conocimientos de la historia Egipcia que hacia muy amena su compañia. Para los tours nocturnos, tuvimos a la agradable compañia de Mustafa, un joven de apenas 22 años y muy educado y muy intelectual para su edad. La pasamos fenomeno con la compañia de los dos guias y por supuesto de lo choferes que guiaban los vehiculos de la empresa SUN PYRAMIDS. Todas los contactos iniciales los realicé con la Sra Nada de la parte operativa de la Agencia. Siempre estuvo dispuesta a mejorar, corregir los tours y procurar la mejor solución para nosostros. La elección del Hotel, tambíen fue realizado por la agencia. En este punto debo remarcar que el Hotel Great Piramids tiene un ubicación privilegiada frente a las Piramides. Un punto muy desconfortante fue la pesima calidad del aire acondicionado en la habitación. A mi entender, como ingeniero, la capacidad del equipamiento estaba por debajo de lo que necesitaba la habitación, lo cual hizo que funcionase a full y sin obtener resultados de confort. Por este problema, los guias y la agencia estuvieron siempre pendientes y dispuestos a solucionar el problema. Solo resta agradecer a SUN PYRAMIDS por el sentido de responsabilidad, seriedad, cortesia y excelente servicio que dan a sus clientes. Si viajara de nuevo a Egipto, seguramente los contrataria nuevamente y por eso ahora los recomiento a quien lea esto que los contacten que no se sentirán defraudados. We hired a 3-day private excursion in Cairo in Spanish. From arrival at the airport on 06/05/24 until our departure (06/08/24) for the next destination, we were always in the company of one of the translators. On our day tours, Sherif was our guide. Person with a lot of knowledge of Egyptian history who made his company very enjoyable. For the night tours, we had the pleasant company of Mustafa, a young man of just 22 years old and very educated and very intellectual for his age. We had a great time with the company of the two guides and of course the drivers who guided the SUN PYRAMIDS company vehicles. A very disconcerting point was the poor quality of the air conditioning in the room. In my opinion, as an engineer, the capacity of the equipment was below what the room needed, which made it work at full capacity without obtaining comfort results. Due to this problem, the guides and the agency were always attentive and willing to solve the problem. It only remains to thank SUN PYRAMIDS for the sense of responsibility, seriousness, courtesy and excellent service they give to their clients. If I traveled to Egypt again, I would surely hire them again and that is why I now recommend that anyone reading this contact them, they will not feel disappointed.

Fun day with animals - Great experience, very interactive experience and everyone was always helpful. Our tour guide Mohab and driver Ahmed were professional, kind, and respectful. Would recommend!

The Human Google Tour Guide - Mahmoud Emam is a walking Google. I'm not sure if he is human, because he knows everything. He is friendly, polite, articulate, and charismatic. We were amazed by the sites and the depth of knowledge he shared. Ahmed Hamama was our driver and him and Mahmoud (our tour guide) arrived on time to begin our journey. Ahmed is a great driver who also is very polite, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. I am fortunate to have chosen the right team to make this unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

Amazing tour with Sun Pyramids Tours... Best Egypt tour - Our 14 days private tour the best amazing tour we did with Sun Pyramids Tour. From transfer/pick up (airports Cairo, and Sharm El Sheikh, Giza Train 🚆 Station to Luxor Train 🚆 Station and Aswan and Alexandria) to from hotel. The van is big enough for four of us with the driver and tour guide or tour manager. Let's start with the tour consultant Hagar Hassan who is so professional. She organized well and know how to put all our request tour together. She help us with all the places that we want to see. She also recommend some activities like Safari with quad and camel ride. She gave us the all the details of the tour what are included.and permit and visa are included. She always communicate with all the details thru email and what's up. She also send the plan for 14 days, time of pick up where the tour and driver and people who will pick us up. She did a great job. Next person to appreciate their effort are the drivers and the tour manager Evram and Hassan. All are professional and they are their to see that we are pick up and orient us to what our next tour will be. They also communicate with us thru what's up. They do take care of us well. If we need help they are happy to help us. They are always smile. The best are our tour guide Hader in Cairo and Alexandria and Ahmed in Luxor and Edfu and Kom Ombo. They are both professional and on time in picking us up. They know the Acient Civilization and Egypt 🇪🇬. They discussed the history of all temples 🛕 and ruin. They are good in their job. In 14 days we did Giza Pyramid, Sharrm El Sheikh City tour, Mount Sinai and St Catherine Monastery, Petra, Jordan 🇯🇴, Safari Quad and Camel Ride, Luxor West, Felucca ride, Edfu and Kom Ombo and Luxor East, Coptic Cairo Hanging Church and the Cave Church and Alexandria. All went perfect and smoothly. All tour with lunch which is so good egyptian food and water during the tour. So happy to have Sun Pyramids Tours and we will recommend them. They are trustworthy, professional and they always smile and willing to help.

An incredible weekend in Cairo - We had a few days to spend in Egypt and thanks to the guidance of Pyramids Tours, specifically Ms. Rawda Sun, we managed to spend a great weekend in Cairo, doing 3 tours in a very short time (Excursion to the Pyramids of Giza in camel, Cairo Nile with dinner on Maxim boat and Sakkara, Memphis and Dahshur). I want to highlight Rawda's great organization, since he always had everything coordinated and monitored. Thanks also to the guide Mr. Rady Ahmed, who always had great disposition, professionalism, guidance, energy, concern, and protection with us. The tour of the pyramids was truly amazing due to the grandeur of its architectural monuments and the beauty of the desert. Nile with dinner on the Maxim Boat, it was an unforgettable experience as we toured the Nile River eating on top of the boat, its background music, decoration and atmosphere was magical. They put on a very entertaining musical show. Finally, Sakkara, Memphis and Dahshur, was a tour with less crowds of people in the place, so you can live the experience much closer and up close with the history of ancient Egypt. Excellent trip - We were pocked up from our hotel exactly on time. Muhammed our guide was friendly and personable and our driver (I think he was Ahmed) was the best driver we had no honking on the horn constantly. Muhammad was knowledgeable. He was brilliant at photography and we got some great shots. Putting our fingers on the pyramids holding them in our hand etc. We really enjoyed the trip.
