- Khan Al-Khalili - Continue driving to the area of Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairoâs old bazaar, Shops in this district are legendary for fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques etc. Later you will be transferred back to Cairo international airport or your hotel

Total Rip-Off! - We booked a half day tour of the Egyptian museum with Sun Pyramid Tours. Big Mistake! Our guide - Karam offered to take us shopping and for authentic Egyptian lunch after the tour. We had 3 small children with us and wanted to buy some toys and books for them. We were instead taken to the papyrus museum and a perfume store in the middle of town, ended up buying some extremely expensive oils that weren’t even authentic apparently. We asked to be taken for lunch a couple of times and kept getting delayed until eventually it was 2 pm so we asked to just be dropped off to the hotel instead. The guide then demanded tips for himself plus a cancellation fee for the restaurant which is unheard of. We felt very cheated. Horrible experience!
