Fabulous Tour with Ahmed - I just went on this tour and it was really great! My guide was Ahmed Zaki and he was so amazingly knowledgeable (he has been on local tv programs) and provided a lot of information at all the sites we visited. He was flexible when I wanted to stay at places a bit longer and take photos. He also didn't pressure me to buy anything from anyone either which was really nice. Ahmed made sure that I tried some of the local food and was able to access some areas of the mosques and places that others were not because of his friendly connections with people. Because I had told Ahmed I was a big opera fan, he made sure we stopped by the opera house to get photos even though it wasn't on the itinerary and I really appreciated this and his willingness to make the tour momre personal. If you would like to book with Ahmed, his number is 1005399124 in Cairo. He will make sure you are well taken care of!

Amazing! Educational! Well-organized! - I came to Cairo with six friends on the three day tour. After arriving at the airport, we quickly realized that Cairo is a very busy and hectic place. Once we found taxis, it took the guys 30 minutes to finally stop arguing and get us into a car. Eventually, we got to our hotel and anxiously awaited our tour the next day! My first impression of Habib was that he is a kind and friendly man; but also, he was on time! As he would soon point out, things in Egypt run on “Egyptian time”; Lucky for us, Habib does not. As soon as we started our tour with him and Saeed, who is a remarkable driver, we knew we had found the right people. Habib is a virtual encyclopedia of historical information. His English is fantastic. But he is also able to talk to you about modern Egypt and how history and tourism have moulded the country to where it is today. We have had some lovely chats about many things!!! The first day was the pyramids and like everything else, Habib and Saeed work so well as a team, and everything is on time, which is important with such a busy day. Nothing is rushed and he knows people everywhere, so you always feel like a VIP. In addition to valuable historical insights, Habib will give you advice about where to shop for souvenirs and even bring you by a papyrus shop that can do custom hieroglyphs!! He is a truly remarkable man and being with him is like being with family. He will go the extra mile for you and his positive energy and infectious smile will make your trip the most fun. I have enjoyed every minute of the trip to Egypt and can even say that I am now fairly comfortable with the driving... especially with Saeed at the wheel. If you are considering a tour, go with Emo tours and Habib and Saeed... they will help make your trip a truly unforgettable experience!!!!

**The best tour of Cairo** - This tour is fantastic! We were picked up from our hotel on the first day promptly by our amazing tour guide Habib and our excellent driver Saeed. From there we explored the Bent Pyramid, Red Pyramid, Sakkara, Giza Pyramids and the Sphynx. Habib was such an informative guide. There is nothing this guy doesn’t know. He has a great personality and such a friendly manner. Not question or task is too big or too small from him. On the second day we explored the Muhammad Ali Mosque and the Egyptian museum. Habib showed us all of the amazing highlights and explained the history in fantastic detail! We also went to the souk which was good fun. Third day will involve the hanging church and a few other places. I can not recommend this tour and Habib enough! He made our holiday so fun and special! Thank you Habib!

Try this tour. Avoid guide Sara - The concept here is a good one. Cairo is hard to navigate and having a guide take you to major sites makes a lot of sense. Having a driver/navigator/pre bought tickets. All a godsend when trying to maximize time on your vacation. However, this experience can vastly vary based on the guide you are assigned. I was assigned Sara who was mediocre at best. From the moment we met it was clear she had her own money making agenda. I missed seeing the underground of one of the sakara pyramids bc she took me to the “best carpet factory” where she was clearly making a side prophet. These attempted scams continued throughout the three days with her aggressively trying to steer my restaurant choices and taking me to the “best papyrus museum”. Which is a hackjob trying to scam tourists out of hundreds of dollars. By day 2, when it was clear i was not interested in her side hustles, she was keen to finish the tours ahead of time. 2 out of 3 days she left me early to fend for myself getting home. I think all of the above is not specific to this tour however and if one got a good guide, this could be a great way to see major sites expediently
