Caravan Horse Riding Albania - Along the ride you will meet the rural life, cultivated land, pastoral atmosphere, former irrigation infrastructure, network of Cold War bunkers and numerous traces of collectivization time. The ride goes through the habitat of the Egyptian vulture, golden eagle and many other protected birds.
A number of new villages bearing the names of fallen partisans during World War II were created in the ‘50s near the collectivized spaces and this is also the case for the village“ Asim Zeneli ”which continued to grow until the mid’ 60s. Along with the village, infrastructure was built to serve agriculture, the artificial lake of Cini, which is supplied by the inflows of several hilly streams. The lake of about 15 ha and a capacity of about 600 thousand m³ of water is still in operation. The view of the lake surrounded by the hill is ideal for photographing together with horses and herds of cattle. The 10 km journey ends at the equestrian center.
