Additional Information
We journey through a coastal tour amidst the eastern seaside towns of Kalamata. From the sandy shores of the Messinian city to the waterfront settlements of the West Mani municipality like Almyros, Mikri Mantinia, Paleochora, Akrogiali, Santova and Kitries, we explore a myriad of tiny beaches, impressive geological structures and the turquoise sea. In the distance, we can view the lower slopes of Mount Taygetos, and ever present to our side is Mount Kalathio - a mountain that literally reaches the sea.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- The activity includes a 30 minutes preparation time, 2 to 2.5 hours paddling exploration, 1 to 1.5 hours free time for picnic, relaxation, snorkelling, swimming, diving and other activities.
- We recommend you take with you: water, hat, sun cream, towel, swimsuit, extra pair of shoes that will get wet. Suitable shoes are lightweight trainers, flip flops, sandals or sea shoes. Avoid bulky shoes.
- Please note we reserve the right to modify or cancel any outdoor activity due to bad weather or technical difficulties.

Old girls holiday highlight - What an amazing trip we had. the guides were informative, and considerate for us oldies. 3 ladies over 60. the water in the morning was so calm, but gave us excitement on the return with a bit more swell.

Fun for the whole family! - We wanted to take a break from lounging around all day and find an adventure! All four of us (including two kids, age 9 and 7) had a great time - this was a fun way to experience the sea and sun that got us moving a bit too. We loved the delicious picnic on a shady spot on the beach where the kids could snorkel around a bit. George, our amazing guide, was so enthusiastic and great with the kids. Highly recommend!

A must-do in Kalamata - We cannot recommend George and Explore Messinia enough! So pleased we booked the trip, as it was so much fun and no doubt one of the highlights from our trip to the Peloponnese. George is a fantastic guide and instructor, and extremely knowledgeable not only about Kayaking, but Greek history, local nature and the whole region. The picnic provided was perfect and we the equipment was all in great condition. 10/10 rating for us! Thanks George.

A wonderful experience - We loved the activity, which is both sporty, but we took breaks when we wanted to. Roque let us go at our own pace, it was great. I highly recommend this activity! Thanks again to Roque, the guide for his kindness and advice! The views were amazing!!

Must try activity! - Amazing experience!! A must activity in the Peloponnese! Incredibly scenic views, very nice but not too intense workout. The guides are highly skilled, very friendly and very familiar with the area. Definitely recommend 20/10!!

One of the best experiences near Kalamata for solo, couples, or family visitors (or locals) - The landscape was amazing, and the experience very beautiful. Never had we expected we'd swim in a cave where the light would be coming in underwater!

great way to spend a day outdoors and see some cool places you wouldn't see otherwise - Really great experience with a great tour guide who was motivated, had a lot to tell us about the region and took great pictures! Would definitely recommend for a fun experience with family or friends.
