Relive history through beauty and stories - Our guide, Fatima, was knowledgeable and his insight into the inscriptions, poems and symbolisms beautifully highlighted throughout The Alhambra was particularly interesting. Of course this Unesco world heritage site is amazing, but the history through Fatima's stories makes it come alive. If you're going to take a tour of the Alhambra, choose this one. Fatima is a fantastic guide. Meeting him before the tour started was easy breezy even with the crowds.

A Real Professional - Adrianna is a warm and pleasant person. She is very smart and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the history and culture of the people who built and lived at the Alhambra. Her linguistic knowledge is strong and she uses it to weave the story of the Alhambra. She is also very insightful regarding the symbolism of the decorations used by the rulers in the interiors and exteriors of the many buildings at the site. Her English is excellent and you really feel you are in capable hands. You never feel rushed so you can explore subjects as they develop.

Average - Abdul was pleasant but I believe he was under the weather since he seemed tired and needed breaks more then we did! He gave us minimal information as opposed to other guides who I could overhear nearby. The tour ended at 5:45. Very average for the price

Strong knowledge of English a must - Our guides English was not good. He mixed Spanish and English with an Arabic accent. Very hard to understand. If I hadn’t read about the sights we saw we would have been very confused. The guide was ill and had trouble speaking so his narration of the sights was limited. Was not the best experience for us because of his limitations.

Cheating! - The tour was cancelled by the tour organizer 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. It spoiled our complete journey to Granada, as we were left no time to organize something else. I would not recommend anyone to work with this company "Prestige Tour", as they are not responsible and not reliable.
