Romantic lunch - What a truly wonderful way to see London, Great views with clear views everywhere great service, great food and actually pretty good music

Birthday on The Bus. - Classy trip. Food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend if visiting London. I went with my daughter for my bday. Far exceeded my expectations.

A fun afternoon - The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was good. The views spectacular. Great way to see the city.

A must-do lunch or dinner - Extra concept. Visiting London while having lunch is absolutely magical. The menu was delicious, our 17 year old son really liked it….except for the berry sauce on the lamb chops which is very English except that there are probably fewer English people than foreigners. Our host Jackson/Sofiane was smiling, welcoming, professional. The city circuit is well thought out and you don't feel any jolts or jolts. I can’t wait to have a dinner in Paris. Thanks to the whole team.

Great food, so so siteseeing - We had the vegetarian selections which were all very well prepared and tasty. Due to the championship soccer match the same day, the route changed due to extra crowds and road closures. While the website tour audio clips informative, no one helped us know where we actually were, what we were driving by and seeing. We also missed 4-5 places completely on the shortened route and spent the entire dessert course stopped at the end point. The bus had a speaker system but no staff used it to actually “guide” us. Cool concept. Could have been executed better. Positive: we saw a lot in a short period of time; nice restroom facilities.

Disappointing, dull and dismal - Not exactly the gastronomic experience I was expecting. The two stars I have awarded are for the waiters who were friendly and smiley. Unfortunately, the food isn’t worthy of any stars and was a long way off “fine dining” as described on the Bustronome website. In particular, the vegetarian option was uninspiring, dull and boring. Starter - Aubergine Salad (three thin slices of aubergine) Main - Green Risotto (unidentifiable flavour) Main - Aubergine Parmigiana (three thin slices of aubergine - again!) Pudding - Classic Pannacotta with mango sauce The concept of serving an aubergine dish twice within the same lunch menu is an interesting, if somewhat unimaginative, choice. The lack of accompanying side vegetables was simply mean. After all what do vegetarians like? Answer - vegetables. The portion sizes for the vegetarian menu are minuscule and certainly not worth the £70.00 charged by Bustronome. The temperature on the bus was so low that I had to wear my coat throughout lunch and there was a definite whiff coming from the direction of the downstairs toilet. I stepped off the Bustonome bus feeling cold, hungry…and bitterly disappointed.

RIP OFF BEWARE - went with my partner(birthday treat) for 4 course lunch paid £180 for two which included 4 course meal, 2 glasses of wine each, 2 bottles of water which we had only one. tea and coffee which we did not receive. then when it had finished we got a bill for another £20 stating we had to pay for the wine, which i was in with the price, i refused to pay got in a heated argument with some horrible little server i wished i got his name(he should never work with this company again). it got that bad police was even mentioned, i said call them and ill show them was was suppose to be included in the price, the coach driver intervened, in the end my partner payed the £20 as i refused, total rip off, Birthday spoilt
