Highly enjoyable and very interesting (if a bit morbid!) - Enjoyed the museum but learned even more and enjoyed the tour by Magda understanding more about the women and possible suspects and the theories in the places they happened. Highly recommend.

Excellent knowledgable tour guide - Loved this tour, our guide Sam was very knowledgeable, and the kind of person I could sit and chat too for hours, I share a lot of his ideas and beliefs, the tour was great, and well worth the money, unfortunately my companions and I got held up and were unable to make it to the museum, which is so disappointing, but even more so after the tour, I now feel the need to go and research what was going on in London around this time, 100% recommend!

Great experience museum and tour! - Bought the museum and walk package through the website- the best deal! We went the day before Christmas Eve, so museum was nice and quiet: an interesting and evocative place and the staff very helpful. We had the tour too- we were the only people ( my 16 year old daughter and myself) today, but Sam was punctual and a great guide. He was marvellous. I was on the lookout for a fellow wearing a top hat and carrying a doctor’s bag- he wasn’t, but it would have looked good + suited him- he could have carried it off very stylishly! His info was above and beyond what I expected- covered films, social history, the dastardly deeds themself and more. He was very mindful of anyone being squeamish( though why they would be so on such an event having been to the museum is beyond me) . Yes, we enjoyed it immensely, I can recommend him thoroughly both as a tour guide and an all round good chap! Three cheers for Sam.

Incredible, book it! - Ivan was our tour guide and would highly recommend. His knowledge of the case was incredible. Very good at keeping you intrigued and interested. Would definitely recommend this tour and I would advise doing it at night to add to the experience. I would like to also add that Ivan was brilliant in remembering the victims in this case and his back ground knowledge on each victim was incredible. Would definitely recommend this tour & if you can book with Ivan. I’d advise in the winter months wrap up warm. And wear comfortable shoes as theirs a lot of walking. Definitely book this tour you’ll not be disappointed.

Museum great but pick a guide for the walk that sticks to the subject matter - Museum was great and very friendly lady at reception 10/10 Walking Tour Hmm Bad start. We all arrived in good time but Sam, the tour guide, said we should wait for some late arrivals (who never showed). He said he would go and ring the office. But instead walked then ran off and appeared some minutes later with a Pret take away coffee even though we were all standing next to a coffee stand. He was knowledgeable about his subject but wrong about a few things (after 7 years you’d think he’d check ALL the facts. The real problem was his hatred of royalty, the Tory party and wealthy people. which he found a way of mentioning countless times. Also he kept banging on about slavery. And several times mentioned his tour on slavery. He was disparaging about The Jack the Ripper Museum, mentioning how much better his private tours are. This was rude as he advertises his tour on their site. He said he wouldn’t mention all the horrific wounds because there were children present and later said in front of the children that the victim’s vagina had been cut out! The tour was 2 hours. If he had stuck to Jack the Ripper information it would have lasted 1 1/2 hrs. It’s wrong to make your customers ‘Sitting ducks’, having to listen to his opinions on politics. He should go to speakers corner and stand on a soap box for that. Someone should warn Rishi not to go on the tour!

Why was I sent to a museum that was closed!!!!! - The actual tour was fine. The instructions said to go to the Ripper museum first but that was closed. Very unhappy with Viator!!!! No more Viator bookings for me!!!!

Didn't happen for me - Unfortunately, the tour didn't take place because the very unfriendly tour guide thought it was the wrong tour even though I was in the right place at the right time. I got the information from the ticket seller in the museum, who was very friendly, and from the route planning in the app. However, after a very friendly conversation with support, I got my entire money back.
