Thankful for its existence! - Unfortunately I didn't get an opportunity to complete the tour because the person I was with was unable to complete the walk. As such, I would recommend an indication of the best way to arrive at the start location and a preview of the route so that we would know what that distance is before booking. Additionally, when we opened the app we had the choice of three different routes. This was not clear from the advertisement so more truth in advertisement would be helpful. More immediate attention should be given when people reach out to the tour operator, not a response two days later.
