Lovely First time Experience - My first Escape Experience and it was super cool. I do recommend to visit. Amazing settings with a great team. The location was close to our hotel and great transport links.

Great experience - I went with a friend and it was super fun. We absolutely loved it, great place if you're just getting into escape rooms. The worker Edward was really kind and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Overall great experience, would absolutely do it again.

Mind challenging - Came here for my birthday with my partner had soo much fun our game master was Timmaya she was so kind and helpful with giving us hints Definitely will come here again for the other escape rooms

Mazer Escape Room - Starstruck - Timmaya was absolutely amazing, she helped us through the escape room efficiently, guiding us when we were confused. She explained the brief really well and made sure everybody understood what they had to do. She was also really friendly and full of energy, making the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was really interesting and it remained it entertaining for the whole hour.

AMAZING ESCAPE ROOM WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10 - Really well knowledgable staff, timmaya she was always helping out with enquiries and made the escape room easier but not too easy with hints, She was also really nice and friendly we got through a quick brief which was simple so we understood it well.

Very fun - Amazing service from Timmaya and extremely fun to try and escape the different rooms that are provided here. Overall it was an amazing experience

Clearly not the best Escape Room experience ! Lots to improve… - I did a lot of escape rooms and I was a bit frustrated with this one : Clues weren’t really logical or following a proper narrative. The walkie-talkie were cutting and disconnecting so we couldn’t hear the instruction correctly. The host couldn’t take us on time and made us wait outside for 10 minutes as they were let to set up the room. We finished the room in 39 minutes, it felt too short, usually you have more clues to solve in one game.

the most horrible, UNSAFE game we ever played! - to start off, we got stuck in this elevator (part of the game) and they had to reset it wish made it go completely dark and shake heavily. next, after some time in the game we wanted a hint so we used the talky walky to ask for one, but the game master never responded. we kept shouting and banging the door for 10 minutes before he got back to us. of course we left the game and didn't complete after this traumatic experience. How can you leave people in a dark, un-ventilated metal room with no panic button and no human supervision! we asked for a full refund and they have completely ghosted us!
