London’s great!! - London was brilliant! It was a family trip, we went sight seeing and had a trip on the Thames sight seeing boat which was lovely. Seen famous landmarks.

London’s overlooked feature and how best to see it - Fantastic way to see the riverside of London with a most entertaining commentary by a crew member.
Some hidden riverside gems are revealed along with the stunning river and city views .

Great guide on boat - Excellent trip, although only short journey , the guide was very entertaining! Would highly recommend! We went from Tower Hill to Westminster Pier

Not bad - On booking the trip it says one way and then return where you started , a bit confusing. Well it was only one way and you’d have to pay again to get back, so wrong info given when booking.

Hornblower blows - We asked if we can make the boat to Westminster in 5 minutes. The cashier calls to notify the attendant our party and another party of 5 were going down the ramp. Got the ok yes we will make it. We arrive at the boat and captain says we can’t board they are at capacity. We ask for a refund, and they refuse? No refunds!!!! We have a business meeting we can’t miss, their response sorry…;-(. Forced us to take the next boat an hour later a stress filled ordeal if we will get to our meeting. Totally unnecessary. Hornblower London boat does BLOW.

No Commentary as advertised - disappointing - This trip has no live commentary other than the safety announcements. The captain suggests downloading the app to get the audio tour. If you want to try this, do it in advance. The Wi-Fi on the boat is not sufficient to do it. The audio from the app was poor quality and poor content.
I do not recommend this. If you want to see the city from the river, walk over the Millennium Bridge, walk over the Tower Bridge, or take an Uber boat.
We were wishing we had just taken the Uber boat.
At the end of the line, the captain actually asked for tips. I'd give a tip if there had been any narration of the "sightseeing" tour.
