Great all round - Went with my daughter out on a day trip. Was a lovely, smooth journey - fantastic way to explore the English country when driving yourself is not an option. Calum was a great guide. there was enough time to explore the sites, and the driver kindly dropped us off wherever suited best on the return.

Stonehenge & Bath - Went on the trip to Stonehenge and Bath and the Roman Baths. I had a really great time. Michel was a great guide and bus driver. We went on the mini bus and it was very comfortable. The guides make sure that you have a good time and a very knowledgeable with the history of Stonehenge and Bath. I recommend that you take a tour.

Time flies when you're having fun. - Amazing time visiting SH and Bath with Anderson Tours! Although it was a long day, the whole experience felt like it went by too fast. Amazing information about the sites on the way to them. Lots of places to eat and drink. I would recommend this 100%

great guide, easy drive. - Our guide was wonderful, very sweet, made nice commentary during the drive. The driver, while a very good safe driver, could hold back on his commentary, as he made an inappropriate comment to my husband as I was simply asking if he was coming, and I was called bossy by said driver to my husband once I stepped away. the guide in training and my husband thankfully came to my defense immediately but still it was uncalled for. He had also made inappropriate jokes to the guide, and while she handled them like a champ, they should have not been made (using his age/experience is not an excuse either).

A brilliant day out - Highly Recommended - I had an amazing trip from start to finish! The office staff were super kind and helpful, even holding back a couple of minutes for me when I was running late. Our tour guide Sophie was fantastic, sharing fascinating facts about the areas we passed on our way to Stonehenge. We felt well informed, safe, and entertained all day long. Brendan, our coach driver, was brilliant and hilarious too! Stonehenge was absolutely mind-blowing. I highly recommend visiting if you haven't been before. We had just the right amount of time to explore the entire site and grab a quick refreshment before heading to Bath. Speaking of Bath, it's such a beautiful place with lovely people. I booked to go inside the Roman Baths with Anderson Tours, and it was a fantastic glimpse into British-Roman history. I also had plenty of time to savor the famous Sally Lunns Bun, visit the Abbey, and wander around this charming city. One of the highlights of my day was meeting Paul, the pigeon man, who made my day even better. And the street performances in Bath were top-notch! There was such a great variety that it was hard to tear myself away. Overall, Anderson Tours provided an outstanding day filled with history and fun. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Smooth - Nothing to complain about, the tour has been executed perfectly with no hiccups. I would just have loved a bit more running commentary from the guide during the trip (and would've encourage me to fatten my tip). She did give us some tips and historical bits and pieces, but that was it. Also, Bath was extremely pretty, I would allocate one day at least, especially if you intend to visit the Roman Baths.

Great tour, poor response to coach malfunction - Our guide Brendan was terrific! He was knowledgeable, witty and entirely professional. The sites are amazing and I’d recommend the trip. However, the company’s customer service following a mechanical issue with the coach was poor. We sat on the broken down bus for an hour, then were dropped at a highway rest stop where we waited for a replacement coach for another hour. We’d started our day before 8 am and didn’t return to London until 10 pm, three hours past the expected time. It’s now almost 24 hours later, and Anderson has not responded to either a live chat initiated during the layover or a response to their “How did we do?” message. Ubers to return us to our hotels, reimbursement for the unexpected rest stop dinner, or even a simple email of apology from the company would have gone a long way for me.

Horrible Experience - I booked my trip 6 weeks in advance, I was asked to change my tour day due to lack of tourist for the day I had chosen. I agree to the new day they gave me. When my family and I showed up on the instructed address not one was there to pick us up. Their customer service never replied back to my emails. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received a response from them. I’m Extremely Disappointed, it’s just sad because I had used them before for a trip to Rome and I had also recommended them to my friends that just travel to Europe last month.
