George made all the difference! - George the announcer and his driver were both exceptional. The lights were ok but the announcer made it great. We learned so many fun facts, great people watching, and how that driver manages to maneuver the big old bus in insane traffic and crowds is nothing short of miraculous. Kuddos to both.

Well worth the time. - Alex was an excellent guide. His extensive knowledge of local history and his sense of humor made the experience really memorable. Our driver, Lonita(?) did an excellent job navigating super-busy streets.

Great Way to See London for Christmas - There was a bit of a hiccup at the beginning with there not being seats for us at the top level, having booked the upper deck, but that was quickly sorted out by the staff. Tour was great! There were plenty of lights to see and the atmosphere during Christmas time with all the markets and people running around getting last minute gifts was awesome. George, the tour guide, was really good too. Great personality for the tour; you could tell he was really passionate about the history and presented plenty of facts we’d never heard of. Highly recommend the tour, especially if you don’t have the time to see all the offerings of London during Christmas, or to narrow down some of the places before visiting them on foot.

Loved the lights - It was fun! Great way to see different parts of London if you don’t have a lot of time. The narration was helpful with background and history of the neighborhoods, buildings and streets. The driver was adept at avoiding pedestrians in extremely crowded areas. Enjoyed the tour a lot and so did my five year old. Be warned: no bathrooms, snacks or drinks sold on board so make sure you go or grab before you leave. Tour took close to two hours from the time it started until we got back to the station. Bus leaves from last stall at the busy bus station. Inside the station. Loved the lights!

Great trip round the best bits of London at Christmas time. - The guide on the bus gave a very informative commentary. This tour was much more than a Christmas lights tour in our opinion.

Good but cold! - Excellent tour - traffic was fine when we went (7pm). Tour guide was lovely and had some great facts about the central London area (even for locals like us), and some of the lights were really fantastic. One tip: wrap up warm, they say it in the description but really do - the bus is open top and windy when it goes fast.

Loved the City Dressed in Its Christmas Lights - The lights and the overview of the City were a great way to start our London visit. The host was charming. We were very happy that it didn't rain and that we were able to set on the open upper deck and get the best view of the lights. We were also glad that we bundled up, and it was a bit cold up there. A hot cocoa would have been very much welcomed.

Singalong Christmas Lights Tour - I actually went on the Singalong Christmas Lights Tour but I can’t find it in the list on Trip advisor. In general I had a wonderful time and saw so many cool places in London. The bus crew were nice and look ready to please everyone. Mercy was particularly kind and friendly. I think the tour was mainly what I hoped for. A little more commentary would have made it better excellent.

Should be called a Highlights of London bus tour, including Christmas lights. - It was a very nice tour of London, however the Christmas lights were hardly mentioned. It seemed like just a regular tour. We saw very few Christmas lights until the last half of the tour and our guide only mentioned the lights twice. The lights were beautiful that we did see. However it seemed more like a coincidence. You should really call it a Highlights of London bus tour, including Christmas lights.
