Great Tour - As a college soccer player, I thought it would be interesting to take a tour of Wembley Stadium. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the tour. Chris, our guide, was very funny and showed us around to the Press room, the locker rooms and down on the sidelines by the field, among other places. It was impressive to look up from the grass and see how big the stadium actually is. I would highly recommend this tour. Add it to your list!

Daylight robbery - Staff were excellent, food was barely warm and vastly overpriced, M&S store only opened at 12 and closed before 6 even though there was still a game going on. Couldn't find a drink of tea after 3pm,I mean how difficult is it to go and get some tea bags. Drinks were also extortionate especially soft drinks and water, but seeing as you can't take your own in there is not a lot you can do about it.

Travis tour guide excellent - Presentation and tour by Travis was terrific. Greeting at ticket desk a bit lacklustre. Staff need a proper uniform not current scruffy attire. Tour is good value. Would recommend

Must do for football fans - Tour of Wembley Stadium is a must if you are a football fan. This is an incredible stadium, and walking out of the tunnel was great. I can see how daunting this must be when teams come out for a match. It was interesting to see the baths and football shirts hung up. For the price of this, it is worth doing, though do not expect food or anything more.

Good, but could have been better - The tour was good but not great. We were able to go very close to the pitch, see 2 out of the 4 changing rooms and go up into the mid level of the stadium. However I feel it would have been better if the tour was self guided. We were in a group of 20-30 and I would have liked to have spent more time reading about the history. There are plenty of photographs up with information that we, as a group, could not see as we were rushed through certain areas.

Great information.... If you're a man. - Finally feeling the inside of the great stadium. The tour was a little too long, and slightly disorganized when it came to pictures. The employees were trying to hurry, but when you are trying to decide on a photo they encouraged you to take, you would think the could be more patient. Also, the guide was very sexist. He steered away from the obvious fact that the men's team haven't won anything big since '66 while the women's teams are highly successful right now. I wasn't expecting the men to be ignored, but I was shocked at how the women were dismissed.

Disappointing, as a Wembley tour it could be so good - I speak as one who first attended an event at Wembley in May 1960 and think it is the greatest astadium in the world. HOWEVER: this tour had - Too many people in our group for one tour leader. Too little information about Wembley 1924 onwards. Very superficial coverage of anything. It would be better for everyone to have an individual device with headphones. This would allow for people to go at their own pace and spend more time on aspects they want to focus on. This is how the very best tours operate nowadays: Tottenham Hotspur; Real Madrid's Bernabeu; Houses of Parliament; Buckingham Palace. There could be a great Wembley tour but this was not it.

Not happy customer - I am not happy with customer service as they didn’t process our refund. We had unprecedented circumstances and we couldn’t attend. We contacted Wembley stadium and they were understanding and assured me to be granted the full refund, but viator refused to refund us. I am not happy with this and will never book through this website.
