Artemis Karamolegos Winery - 1952:The story of our winery begins with grandfather Artemis Karamolegos cultivating his vineyard in Exo Gonia. He mainly produces wine for his family, but he also sells wine.
1995:Artemis Karamolegos’ son, Vangelis,
takes over the wine production,
but again, not at a professional level
2003:Artemis Karamolegos, the grandson,
is handed the reins of the family
business. He begins to produce the good quality,
bottled and labelled (then Ο.P.Α.P) wine
“SANTORINI”.
2004:Artemis oversees the renewal of the old vineyard. He plants rare traditional Santorini varieties of grape such as Assyrtiko, Aidani and Mavrotragano. He starts selling the winery’s first bottled wines, Santorini, Nykteri and Vinsanto, on the local market.

Amazing Wine Tour - Our tour guide Ilia’s was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great wine tasting. If I could give 100/10 I would. In addition to our wine tour he took us around town to various spots. The wine tour was great at the second location. Book the tour!

Fantastic afternoon - We went on to wine tasting tour with Fani as our host. Her knowledge of the Island was great, she made the trip! We went to 2 wineries and tasted various Santorini wines where we bought some and armed with our knowledge had some over the next week at dinner. The sunset experience was excellent a different outlook to Oia. Highly recommend this trip.

Santorini wine tour - Suni our tour guide met us at our pickup location promptly. She was very knowledgeable about wines and the history of vineyards on Santorini. We were able to taste greater than 10 wines. The wines were paired with food to complement.

Great wine tour! - We went on a 10 wines tasting tour with George Junior, who was a brilliant host. The tour was great and George’s stories made the trip better!

Best day of my life with delicate wines and breathtaking sunset! - The wine tour with Fani was fantastic!!! Even though we had several wine tour experiences, this tour was the best out of all. We went two famous wineries and tasted about 10 Santorini wines with special local produced platters. Then, we were brought to a place with breathtaking sunset place. To be honest, it was as beautiful as Oia - I personally think it was better. My husband was upset that I said it was best day of my life.

great tour - we spent a wonderful evening tasting wine with fani--at the second winery we sat out on a lovely patio and enjoyed some snacks with our tastings--fani is extremely wine knowledgeable so she makes the tasting very interesting--then george drove us to oia and we got to see the beautiful sunset--this was a great tour!!

Enriching wine experience - We have an enriching experience learning about Santorinian wines and how the volcanic soil plays an important part in producing the flavourful wines. Fanie is extremely knowledgeable and friendly in guiding us throughout the tour. Thank you
