The cultivation of wine on Santorini dates back to the time of Venetian rule, during which the Venetians recognised the island’s mineral-abundant volcanic soil as ideal for excellent wine production. Our excursion includes visits to three distinct wineries, journeying across Santorini to discover the wide range of its wine-making capabilities.
