- C. Juan Álvarez 1572A - We start the morning with a delicious coffee with kind of a sandwich called “lonche”, made with a traditional bread filled with different stews.
- Mercado Santa Tere - We enter the market to try the exquisite fried quesadillas stuffed with stews, covered in green sauce and sourcream, with fresh water full of antioxidants.
- C. Manuel Acuña 1511 - Then, we will try a delicious and traditional birria de chivo, it is a goat meat dish.
- C. Pedro Antonio Buzeta 453 - At this stop, we will eat cueritos tostadas (pork)
- C. José Clemente Orozco 465 - Here we will try the best barbacoa tacos
- Mercado Santa Tere - We come back to te Santa Tere Market to try “tejuino” a refreshing prehspanic drink made of fermented corn, served with lemon ice cream.

Great experience. Highly recommend! - I really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it to anyone interested in exploring the food of Santa Tere.
Karen was so lovely and she really took the time to explain all the different dishes and answer my many questions. We explored the local market and the surrounding area.
It was also a great way to familiarise myself with the neighborhood, and she gave me some good tips for the rest of my stay too :)

Santa Tere Experience - It was a unique and different experience. I liked the host's attention, the explanation and the dishes. I would definitely take it again! :)

Go with a group and it might be fun - This tour is only ok. Loved seeing the Mercado but there were only two stops for actually food. One stop is juice and the other is dessert. I would rather have more tacos. I was the only person and the tour was kind of boring and short.
