Fun and memorable. - Super fun the tour! Even though I was kind of shut down by the independence rally event. Alex looked for a way for us to appreciate and learn more about the CD. Follow the yellow umbrella! - Great tour! Had a fun time learning about Guadalajara! Even though I have been living in GDL for almost 8 years, I learned a lot which connected many dots. My son(7yo) had a fun time as well, and followed the yellow umbrella and hung out with Alex as he lead the group. Just enough history, stories, local information and food recommendations. Great for all ages, whether you are new to GDL or born in GDL it was better than expected and super interesting!

A perfect introduction to Guadalajara with a touch of history and flavor - We did the 'Guadalajara Walking Tour' and it was a wonderful experience. We are located outside Museo Cabañas and from there we begin to explore the main points of interest of the city center. Although our Guide had finished a tour just before ours and we started the tour in reverse order, it was not a problem at all. We had to walk back to the market at the end, but we really enjoyed the walk as it allowed us to review everything we had seen on our own. We visit emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral of Guadalajara, the Government Palace and the Teatro Degollado, where we hear the legends surrounding it. We learned a lot about the founding of Guadalajara thanks to our Guide, Nayeli, who was very Pro, friendly, and welcoming. His deep knowledge brought the story to life. Also, I loved trying tejuino, a traditional drink that you can not miss. If this is your first time in Guadalajara, I would recommend taking this tour on the first day of your visit, instead of the last as we did, so you can make the most of your time in the city.
