- C. Belén 474 - Are you a fan of Mexican cuisine and eager to learn how to make some of the top dishes during your visit to Guadalajara? Join me in a delightful experience set in a charming hostel located in the heart of Downtown, just a few blocks from the Metropolitan Cathedral. We’ll start our adventure at Mercado Alcalde, where we’ll enjoy a light breakfast and shop for ingredients for our chosen menu. Then, we’ll head back to prepare the dishes.
