Awesome experience and WELL worth the money! - I’ve done several ATV tours over the years and I can say this was the best one yet. Our guides were really friendly, informative and patient w the ones in our group that were inexperienced and nervous. They took us through several different terrains, to the beach for group photos and etc. Really awesome experience overall and we all had a blast!

Amazing fun ripping around the jungle on an ATV! - This was an incredible tour!!! The trails were beautiful and clean. The beach was stunning and it was tons of fun ripping around in the sand. We saw a lot of howler monkeys and even a little baby monkey. The ATV tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very safe, as it was my first time on an ATV and I'm a small woman, he kept a close eye on me. By the end of the tour I felt like I could live on an ATV for the rest of my life. No experience required! Don't think about it - JUST BOOK IT!!!

Diamante Eco Adventure Park is a must! - This place is incredible!! The location is perfect, with a main building overlooking a beautiful cove. They have shuttles running constantly so you never have to wait to get to where you want to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, ready to answer any and all questions you may have. The Wildlife Sanctuary is amazing in a variety of ways. The focus is on what is indigenous to Costa Rica so the facts they provide informs you about both the species and the country. The cats are awesome, the snakes are captivating, the monkeys and birds are super fun to observe. Also really loved the butterfly enclosure. Two faves though were the sloths and the marmots. Such fascinating creatures! The ATV tour is unlike anything you can experience elsewhere. It was my first time on an ATV and it didn't take long to get the hang of it. Our guide Ronny gave us a lesson and sent us on a brief test drive before embarking on the journey, which was very helpful. We started by riding down to the beach which is stunning and not overcrowded at all (we even went back to hang out there after we left the park). Riding on the sand and stopping to take a walk around felt like tapping into a slice of paradise. Then Ronny stepped the adventure up several notches on the next portion. Driving through a stream and then up into the mountains, with paths that twisted and turned in all directions. One of the most exhilarating things of ever done! I can't think of a better vacation activity than spending a day at Diamante.

Loved this tour - I loved this tour. The guide was amazing. A great balance of awesome views, fun trails and great information about the area, wildlife and history. The Sanctuary was one of the highlights of my Costa Rica visit. Very informative and well done!

Good times on the ATV tour - Well organized, orientation was just the right amount of information to have an easy enjoyable ride.

Learn facts about animals, birds, reptiles in the same environment - Was interesting to watch the animals, reptiles , birds etc all in one environment - was pretty much like visiting the rain forest minus the long travel time depending on where you stay

The park is interesting and the staff is helpful and engaging. We especially appreciated Diego with the ATVs. - This is an educational location with a good assortment of animals being rehabilitated. We loved the butterflies and the toucans.

I am pretty upset not to have photos and worse…not be able to communicate with them - The zipline was fun and well done! However I paid for pictures and got some of other people who weren’t in my group! All efforts at contacting the park were fruitless! All email address came back as invalid! I still don’t have my pictures from March 5 at 9:00!

Not worth the price - There is a really bad disconnection between the front desk and the personnel at each adventure. The front desk are only interested in charging without disclosing safety information about the equipment or tours, also even though I had my documents scanned they rejected them in order to charge me the full price. Yes you are supposed to carry your documents with you but when you are going to an adventure like they advertise we wanted to use the electronic documents just to avoid mishaps. They didn't care. Very poor customer service in general. Not worth the price. It is priced as a VIP 5 stars place and it is not. The buffet is regular "soda" items. The whole thing is very commercial.
