Amazing experience and very responsive - Perfect! - Thank you Andrei and our guide, Carlos. We had an incredible day with Conchal Fun. We did the Rio Celeste excursion, and the whole thing was amazing. We were picked up at the hotel (Westin) at 6:30 AM, swam at Llanos de Cortez (beautiful falls), had a private guided tour at a sloth sanctuary and nature preserve where we saw sloths, toucans, frogs, and more, did the absolutely stunning hike at Rio Celeste, and had a delicious lunch. The van was comfortable, and we even had an extra stop at a souvenir store. We also used Conchal Fun for airport transfers, and it was perfect. Andrei is extremely responsive. He uses WhatsApp, and is reachable all the time. Thank you, Andrei and Conchal Fun!!! Highly recommended.

Easy and fun experience! - We booked two tours through Conchal Fun. We did the ATV tour and a snorkeling tour. Communication was great and the guides were awesome and friendly.

Hero of children and sandals. Highly recommend. - I have been to Costa Rica 5 or 6 times and I always wanted to take a jet ski tour and finally took the opportunity to do so, it was a great way to start the day. Our guide was nice and seemed to know what he was doing, made it all very easy. Took us to a couple of cool spots and, incidentally, rescued not only a kid and lady after they got pummeled by a big wave and got them back to shore. He also rescued my sandal from the ocean gods and I think we all can agree that a lost sandal is kind of a big deal. I would definitely do this again and if I can get some family to come down here I'll definitely take them.

Fantastic Boat and jungle tour - My family and I (kids 9 & 13 years) visited Costa Rica the week of thanksgiving. Prior to arrival I e-mailed Andrei from Conchal Fun. Andrei immediately followed up my e-mail with a phone call. He helped me pick out 2 tours tailored to meet our wishes. Once, in Costa Rica we took a boat tour with Andrei boat captain Byron. Byron was awesome. We fished during the first half of boat trip. We caught 2 black Tuna and 1 Blue Runner. Byron filleted the fish during our trip, packed them in ice and then our hotel (the Westin) cooked our fish for our diner that night. On the same boat trip we also snorkeled. Fantastic. We saw fish, a star fish and this was unreal: Cap Byron caught a puffer fish with his hands while we snorkeled (he wore gloves) showed us the puffer and then released the puffer. We also snorkeled into a cave on the beach of a deserted island. It was like being in a movie. Next day we did the rainforest tour with Jose the guide. Also, awesome we stopped at a waterfall and swam right up to the actual waterfall. Next stop Sloth tour: not only did we see sloths but also snakes, poison frogs and some birds. We ate some lichee fruit during the sloth tour too. Then we stopped for an authentic Costa Rican lunch. Lastly, we visited the blue river and another much bigger waterfall. Jose went above and beyond - he kept his window down when we left our last stop. He did this to listen for Tucan’s . Eventually, he heard one and we stopped to take pictures of the bird up in a tree. He also stopped so we could see howler monkeys which were in a tree that he spotted. Also, just because we asked Jose stopped at a nice mall so we could buy some Costa Rican soccer shirts. Pure Vida! An absolute gem in Guanacaste! - From my very first exchange with Andrei (as well as any of his team members we were fortunate enough to meet) I found them to be exceptionally responsive, professional, knowledgeable and contribution-focused. In a profession that is expected to be consumer-friendly, I found Conchal Fun to stand out from the crowd. Andrei proved repeatedly to offer highly actionable advice, extraordinarily flexible service and notably informed guides. We spent one day on an Arenal tour with Rodrigo, who proved to be among the most knowledgeable, capable and fun guides I’ve encountered over decades of travel. We spent another evening on a very pleasant sunset cruise on the Pacific with another Rodrigo and his mate Lester, which was as beautiful as it was memorable. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrei and his terrific team to any friends/family heading back to this part of the world and would encourage them to contact Andrei early in their planning process to help identify the best itinerary possible.

Best ATV experience ever! - Extraordinary personal experience with our Conchal Fun guide who took us to private beaches, backwoods, riverside, through the hills, small towns and ON the ocean on ATV’s! So exciting! Best photo ops! Great memories made here!!!

Awesome time jet skiing in Playa Conchal - My wife and I brought our daughter to Costa Rica to celebrate her 21st birthday and one of the activities on our list was Jet Skiing. Andrei set everything up for us, they picked us up in front of the W’s beach and we went out for a couple hours and saw way more than we planned. The jet skis were in great condition and were in max performance (they didn’t make them slower.) the guide was knowledgeable and like most Ticos had a genuine love for their country and kindness for their guests. You have a lot of choices when it comes to action tours- Conchafun takes the guesswork out of it. If you want to jet ski, sports fish, checkout waterfalls etc- just call Andrei and his team. When he told me that we would have the “best vacation ever” - I just laughed since as a fellow salesperson, I expect to hear that. However- we really did and we are extremely well travelled; mahalo again Conchafun- PURA VIDA!!!

Amazing - Absolutely amazing! I got to see so many beaches and wildlife! My boyfriend and I agreed this was our favorite part of our trip. Book this, you won’t regret!

Not a Good Value - We were told IN THE CONFIRMATION that we would be picked up at the lobby. Once we found out we needed to be at the beach, 30 minutes of our 2 hours was gone so we only had 1.5 hour on the water. The jet skiing itself was fun, but there really wasn’t much guided tour. We’d stop and our guide would tell us where we were, but there weren’t any details. Had we paid $100.00 per person instead of $190.00, this tour would have gotten a higher rating, but what we received wasn’t worth the price we paid.
