Beautiful China - It was really nice and very well organized. Our Chinese guide ( Jacky) was fantastic ! He spoke very well English, explained a lot and took a lot of time with us, we really recommend him, thank you Jacky! We will come back!

Wonderful! - Wonderful experience from start to finish. We headed up straight to the top deck where we stayed for the whole duration. The scenery was just breathtaking! Guilin is a truly beautiful place and would recommend to everyone. The cruise was one of our many highlights on our China trip.

Best experience in Guilin. - It was a great trip with Mr. Qin. He is a nice person with good Englthe ish. He pickup on time and suggested visiting the best attractions in Guilin. On The second day, our schedule was tight and he managed it by picking us up early morning after visiting the rice terrace he dropped us at the railway station. It was really amazing Guilin trip because of Mr. Qin. A special thanks to him for the nice gifts he gifted us at the end of the trip. I strongly recommend Charles Guilin to tours to explore Guilin especially if you don’t speak Chinese.

Guilin/Yangshuo/Longji Tours - My mother and I engaged Charles to be our guide for Guilin/Yangshuo/Longji, Our main communication with Charles was through WeChat in the initial stage while liasing & deciding on the itinerary. He was really responsive and answered our queries. Charles was really helpful in planning out the itinerary for us and we covered the attraction that we wanted to visit. Besides that, Charles brought us to see the elephant trunk hill from a (free!) viewpoint! Which was great as we did not want to pay to enter just to see the elephant trunk hill! As I did not know how to cycle, Charles cycled an electric tricycle for me and my friend around the beautiful village . I appreciate that he goes beyond his way to let us enjoy the trip to the fullest. Thank you Charles for the 4D3N trip around Guilin/Yangshuo/Longji

Horrible service - We booked a cruiser across Li River trhough this company. Service confirmed by mail: 1. Transportation from hotel to the boat. 2. Cruiser (arriving to Yangshuo) 3. Bus from Yangshuo to close our hotel in Guilin At arriving to Yangshuo. No information at all about bus. None waiting for us. And obviously, no bus for coming back. So, we had to look for ourselves for coming back to Guilin. At more than 80 km far from our hotel and no chinese spoken. After writing complaint, asking for just paying for services provided. Only answer obtained was only bus ticket (no taxi neither battery car already paid neither worries for coming back). Obviously didn't accepted. Fair situation, at least, is to pay for services provided. Paying us for regular bus to come to Guilin are peanuts comparing to real service provided.

Only asking for understanding because high season (when we booked three months earlier) We had to look for bus station (no chinese spoken). First a batery car to bus station (probably 5 km far, at the surrondings of Yangshuo). Hopefully a chinese person write to us the name of the bus station in chinese in a piece of paper. At bus station no English spoken either. We could buy a ticket to Guilin showing the ticket of the cruiser. Bus arrived to Gullin South Bus Station, quite far from city center. So we had to took a taxi. When arrived to the hotel. No messages about anything (where we could be, if we are ok, ...) After writing complaint, asking for money back, just that they would pay the bus (no batery car from pier to bus station in Yangshuo, no taxi in Guilin from bus station to taxi). I asked for paying just for service received, that is, point 1 and 2. No answer given.
