Professional and patient - Great trip! We got held up at customs in the airport, but our driver was extremely patient. Waited almost an hour for us after we landed, and still got us to Antigua in time. Good communication.

Very safe - I would say traveling to another country and setting up previous transportation is always tricky and uncertain. I am glad i found Fabio's company. Used it twice and both driver's were Exceptional!

Private shuttle to Antigua - It was excellent, he was right on time and the drive was very smooth and easy. We left our room at 6 which was our pickup time and Julio was already outside the lobby waiting for us.

Great service - Excellent. Company provided WhatsApp number at booking. When we got off the plane the driver wasn’t standing there yet so I just messaged him and he responded immediately and arrived within a few minutes. Nice car, Sergio our driver was very friendly and got us through a lot of traffic to Antigua. He even waited for us to make sure we got into our Air Bnb ok. Recommend for a smooth trip after the flight in.

The best private shuttle in Guatemala - The driver was so nice! He communicated very well and let me know the ETA. The car was clean and well maintained. He was easy to find when I exited the airport and put my bag in the car for me. This was the best private shuttle experience I have had.

Great - Our driver was very kind he was there on time. We exited on the wrong side. But we were able to find him because he had a sign with my name.

No driver pick up at all - They didn’t pick me up at all. I have 40 minutes and walked up and down the queue if drivers asking each if they had me in their list which they didn’t. In the end I just had to book an Uber to pick me up instead. No message or contact in any way whatsoever. To say I’m disappointed is a significant understatement. I need to arrange a refund. NOT A PROPER SHUTTLE, rather poor condition passenger vehicles. - This is a prime example of there being TONS of good reviews, and sometimes you draw the short straw. My experience with this company was terrible. Upon arrival there was not a greeter, I had to stand in the taxi crowd while other drivers were literally trying to grab my bag to get me to get in their vehicle. Finally 30 minutes later, after no response from the messages I was sending, someone finally walks up with my name on a sign like nothing was wrong. Then we approach the vehicle and I thought it was a joke. It was a TINY poor condition Honda Fit. I wouldn’t pay twice what an Uber costs if they advertised the appropriate vehicle. IF you are even considering this company, I would have them confirm the vehicle prior to you booking to ensure your own safety.
