Awesome experience - Staff were super nice and helpful. Had us wait a little bit so there was safe conditions and let us rock out. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone.

Best staff around - We went with a party of 8 including 3 smaller children. The kayaks were great and really easy to use. The water was a little mucky but we still had a great time. The staff was honestly the best. We had a hard time finding the building and the young man on the phone guided me straight to the parking lot. My only complaint was the bottom step. It’s super old and slippery, which the guy did warn us about prior however I didn’t realize it was that bad and cut my foot pretty badly but the young man was very quick to help me! Literally great staff and that’s hard to come by anymore. Thank y’all for a great time!

Fun and New Experience - This was a very different experience being in water at night. We had difficulty figuring out how to manage the canoe together but the staff was helpful. It started pouring down rain and staff began moving quickly to help everyone get canoe back and get out. Husband loved the relaxation of it.

Great family fun - Very fun and exciting new experience for our family. We were celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday. They started about 7 mins late but were good with instructions for new kayakers. At the end I thought I lost my ID and some money. They guys were quick to radio and look for it. We didn't find it bc I forgot I put I in my tank top so it wouldn't get lost. I felt really silly but the guys were j happy to hear that I found it. I wish it was a little longer. A full hour would've so much better and rushed. I would recommend going at sunset or dusk so you can see the water really good with the LED lights. We were the 930 group so it was pretty dark and hard to see nightlife like I wanted. The kayaks are very shallow too. My husband is 6'3 and 275 lbs. Every move he made felt like we were going to tip. He was cramped in the back. If you're partner is taller/bigger than average size, I would make sure they are experienced with kayaking and the mechanics of how to kayak.

Enjoyable - The Glow paddle was a lot of fun I just wish it would glow more, the lights were decently dim. For two people it was worth the price.

Didn’t live up to the hype - My husband and I went during the daytime. The bay is very underwhelming. The water is about 2 feet deep in the allowed area. We never saw anything swimming except tiny minnow sized fish. The bottom of the boat was so scratched up we couldn’t even see through it. I would not recommend going unless you just enjoy canoeing and don’t mind not seeing any fish.

Meh - The people were great, which is what earned this experience 3 stars. We had car trouble and had to push our reservation back an hour. The staff was fantastic and made the change without issue. They were friendly and very attentive. I wish I could say the same about the actual experience. By no means am I an expert on a kayak, however, I do own one and have enjoyed many kayaking adventures. The clear kayaks were stable but very difficult to maneuver, mainly due to their width. Rowing was not a pleasant experience. In addition to being ungainly, the kayaks were uncomfortable. There was a "seat" back, but you sat on the flat floor of the kayak. The kayaks were clear but the water was not. We literally saw nothing but sea grass. I was hoping to at least see fish, but alas, I saw little more than brown water. The photos on the website made it seem we'd be kayaking over clear, turquoise water. This was not the case at all. At least the weather and staff were pleasant.

Daytime-session expectations for families - Sadly, it was not at all like the pictures on the website. It’s on the bay side, rather than the beautiful blue waters that are shown. It’s actually a marshy area with a giant sandbar in the middle that folks can easily get stuck on top of. & the deeper areas were just views of tall grass in the water. I’m sure this activity is fine for a nighttime hang for teens, but the novelty of a glass bottom boat over the ocean was the selling point & we were super disappointed with what we got. also, the Google directions were a tad confusing from the website & we tried to call all day to double check we had the right area, however the voicemail prompt said that the phones are only answered from 5-10pm. Our appt was @ 4:00. Just kind of a beating all around

First two trips, First and Last! - The seats were very uncomfortable with no way to adjust them, our lights went out twice and when the lights went out the second time we just gave up and finished it out in the dark. The other two Canoe's lights did work, but our boys backs were hurting because of the seats not being comfortable. Unfortunately we made our first two trips, first and last.
