Great organisation - Sofia was great at helping us to organise an amazing last minute cruise to Halong Bay and private transfers and tours to Ninh Binh. We really appreciated her working around the clock to help us to organise our last minute plans.

Great service! - Sofia gave us really good service. She was attentive and genuinely cared about whether we enjoyed our tour or not so she could provide good experiences for her customers. We had a nightmare by getting on the wrong tour bus (no one can say my name properly and it has led to a lot of confusion this trip), and Sofia was quick to sort it out on the other end of the phone and arranged for us to be picked up. She truly was a life saver! Would recommend visiting her as she tries to get you the best tour for a reasonable price
