Great experience - Great experience. Our guide, Willy, was very helpful and caring making sure everyone followed the group. Cruise was good ( just a lot of people in a line for food so it seemed like some of main dish was not enough). Drinks on a boat quite pricy. Bus was cold. Place where we could choose btw hike and man made beach was good. But if you choose hike, it is a hike😁. Family enjoyed it.

Halong Bay & Cave Day Trip - Booked a day tour, pick up from my hotel. Small group of 14 on the bus, lovely food served on the cruise boat. Boat was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Meet new friends on the bus and spent the day being each other photographers. The Bay and lime stone’s are simply amazing! Took a 20 minute HIGH speed boat trip also (small extra few) which was extremely fun - got to see things close up! I’d highly recommend a Halong Bay tour

Best tour of our trip! - Amazing tour! Professional, friendly and informative staff. They went the extra mile to help us rearrange the tour because we had visa issues. The tour guide was very well-organised and punctual. The cave was much larger than the tour photos! The included lunch was very generous. Everything was perfect! Best tour of our trip. Thank you

Great value - Great value for money. We visited Ha Long way on a cruise. This trip is the same as the ship excursion but better value. Guide, Ben , was very , friendly and spoke excellent English. We communicated by WhatsApp which was great. Ben was also very helpful with arranging a taxi to be waiting to take us back to the ship. Our ship docked at Hanoi and it was a 15 mins taxi ride to the harbor to pick up this tour. On board we had a very nice meal , well organized. Visited a huge cave and kayaked.

Good day trip in halong Bay - The tour guide was amazing. He deserves the world. Trip was amazing. Beautiful scenery and sing songs on the boat. If you like sea food you will also love this.

Fantastic - Would do this over and over again if I could. Amazing day. Lovely boat with a good sized deck for enjoying the views, great buffet too. Tour guides were very funny and kind. We were fed twice and given a free beer. Only extra cost was some cans of fizzy drinks on the journey to ha long bay. 10/10

Great experience! - Nam was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the information he was sharing. He was very engaging. The activities were all well organized and fun - we had amazing weather which helped. Only improvement opportunity was how crowded things were. It was the start of summer vacation so there were a lot of people which bogged up the caves and beach a bit.

A below average tour of a beautiful but very overcrowded place - (1) Ha Long Bay Itself Ha Long bay itself was beautiful but very busy. The scenery is stunning and the caves breathtaking. However… the views are cluttered with tourist boats, the sea full of tourists and we were tightly packed shoulder to shoulder in the cave. Obviously the tour company cannot control the levels of tourists at these places but just something to be aware of. We went a Saturday, a weekday might be better. (2) General Organisation The organisation of the tour, or lack there of, was terrible. Immediately on booking, I was contacted and told that the bus from Hanoi which was included in the tour was actually full and so we couldn’t get on. Thankfully another transfer was sorted for us. We spent a lot of our day waiting around: waiting to board the boat, waiting for the boat to pick us up from the stops (where it came late) and waiting to be told which bus to get home. There was a lot of faff and hanging around where there really didn’t need to be and it really tainted the overall experience. (3) Transport As I mentioned we had to get a different transfer from Hanoi to the Marina, this was perfectly fine but we then had to wait for 30 minutes for our tour guide to arrive and then further to find him. The boat was pleasant, nothing special but did the job. (4) Food The food was good, there were plenty of different things to try. The drinks as specified are not included and so be prepared to splash our 20,000 dong for 300ml of water. (5) Guide Our guide was adequate, but did little guiding and offered almost no commentary to any of the stops. He was rather unenthusiastic and didn’t add much to the day - from reading other reviews before we left we were disappointed by this! (6) Overall Experience Overall, Ha Long Bay is definitely worth a visit, despite the tourists it is very beautiful! However, I wouldn’t recommend this particular tour company, there are MANY others operating and I’m confident there will be better out there!
