An amazing experience! - This is my first experience booking a cruise in Vietnam, and the quality of service on this cruise has been very very good. The tour has been full of activities, all well coordinated. We did the activities of Kayaking, visit to the cave, moment of interaction with the rest of tourists (with a good happy hour) and not forget the cooking experience. Also the food was excellent, very rich everything (included lunch as soon as we arrived, dinner, the next day breakfast and brunch!!!) Thanks to our Kong Guide we enjoy this unforgettable experience. I recommend them!

Great attractions, very old boat - The attractions you see are great - Surprise Cave and Titop Beach. The staff were fabulous and the food was magnificent. However, the rooms are terrible! Our bed was push up to the window so you could only use one door which meant you couldn’t use the balcony. Our air conditioner didn’t work initially but they managed to fix it. The lock on the door to the balcony was broken and they didn’t care about it. The water pressure is a joke and while showering the water completely stopped. The morning we were leaving we didn’t even have any water! You don’t get any bath mats so the floor gets drenched and is slippery. The curtains are old and falling apart and only held up by a couple of hooks. For a premium experience I was really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this boat.

Total scam! Lie to you about happy hour, boat’s always anchored, no activities, friend found metal in his meal. - Total scam! Lie to you about happy hour, the prices are expensive, the boat is always anchored, you do pretty much no activities and they are short, and one of my friend found a metal screw in his meal.

Bad experience - Barely no activities on the boat. Prices out of this world. Happy hour was not as explained so we paid more. Nothing is inclusive except the food which was decent. Cruise manager powerless. Really bad experience for me and my 2 friends…
