Reeperbahn Tour During Schlagermove Fest - Florian was a delightful tour guide, very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. We spoke about a number of things related to Hamburg and Germany, in general. Definitely recommend him. Also, the Schlagermove Fest added its own element to the tour that was unexpected.

A fun and informative tour around the Reeperbahn - Florian was a knowledgeable and funny guide who gave us a very thorough introduction into Hamburg and the St Pauli area and the Reeperbahn. It was a fun and educational 2 hours.

A great experience - We signed up and didn't regret it! Flo, as a tour guide, managed to convey St. Pauli in an exciting and tangible way. You quickly realize that guided tours are his passion and that he has a humorous, brilliant knowledge.
Highly recommended and it was definitely not our last tour with him.

Time was changed twice.... - Time was changed twice. Only 2 of us on the tour. Didn't cover any of the venues we asked about. Drinking in the Street is not something I like doing. It just wasn't anything I expected...a total waste of money

Last-minute cancellation - Trip was canceled inside 24 hours with no explanation. I added extra time to my trip for this tour.
I ended up making the best of my time, but it was a big disappointment

Disappointed - Unfortunately the tour was cancelled by the tour operator 5 hours before our scheduled time due to insufficient staff.

Cancelled - They canceled the trip 2 hours before we were supposed to meet. We were really looking forward to it. But could see that it was not the first time they canceled at short notice.

Guide was a no-show - After paying for a cab ride to the meeting point, our guy did not even show up. I tried messaging and calling and got no response. Then we had to cab ride back to our hotel. I will be filing a complaint.

Not serious - Canceled twice, it’s not serious. Trip ruined and my organization called into question. We were notified at the last minute and waited there.

Don't use these guys - I arrived at the meeting point and no tour guide showed. I call the tour guide and he said he had cancelled and notified me . He did not .
I save all my emails and texts . Also he didn't notify Trip Advisor who would have notified me . Don't use this service
