Perfect length. Comfortable ride - Glad I booked the tour on a large boat. The smaller boats looked cold and wet. Great drink service. Learned a lot about Hamburg.

River Elbe cruise in Hamburg: spectacular view - Excellent river cruise at river Elbe. Tour guide was in German so be prepared. Mobile app in English was unreliable so I recommend highly for german speakers. 1 hour tour was enough to enjoy the wonderful weekend day in Hamburg!

Nice tour of the harbor, would love to do it again! - On a Thursday we took a one-hour tour at 1:15 p.m. With the Hamburg Card, the final cost was 22.00 euros per adult instead of 27.50 euros. The trip is worth it and despite the weather, it was a lot of fun on this big ship. All important information was conveyed very professionally and empathetically and the time flew by. Clearly recommended, card payment possible.

2 hours of entertainment and beautiful impressions. - Entertainment and sightseeing in one go It took 2 hours to get to the villa district and then to the container port and the cruise ships and later to the Elphie. There was entertainment through live commentary and it was funny and informative. The coffee was terrible though. Prices were high. Typical for tourist trips. Definitely worth a trip if you haven't already done a harbor tour.

Cruise on the Elbe - The guy we first spoke to was very Informative and explained the two options available to us. We chose the one we thought was going to take us through the old town however it didn't really go very far in before turning around and heading back to the main river. We then got taken past some large containers and a few boats before heading back. The boat was comfortable and the staff friendly however we were unable to download the android app which would have provided an English translation of what was being said as it was built for an older version of android and didn't work. This made most of this pretty difficult as we had not idea what the significance of the boats was. All it all it was still a good way to spend an hour and I would recommend

Interesting but raining ! - Lovely boat , very warm, comfortable, interesting scenery but the main issue was it was impossible to download the guide onto our phones and the talk was unfortunately in German

Improve the English guide/app - Sporadic English guide via app. The German guide explained continuously, so it was not entirely satisfying not to get all the nuances and stories.

You need a QR to get in to te boat, they only send you a confirmation number - The meeting point is not very clear once you are at the address that the email confirmation says. I tried to talk with the people from the company and they said that I needed a QR code to get in on the boat, something that you don’t get, you only get a confirmation number and they say this is not enough. I had to call customer service since we lost one of the boat that we were planning to take and this messed up a bit our schedule. The customer service agent was telling to go to a specific place with a specific person but this is not very helpful when you are talking through the phone. At the end the staff for the company felt pity for us and he let us go to the boat without a QR code.

Horrible Tour Operator - Supposed to meet boat at Dock 1 for 2pm (leaves every 30 mins). Boat never came and was told Dock 4. Went to Dock 4 and boat was not there. I was told boats stopped running at 4pm and website/tickets say 6pm. Asked for refund and was denied. Horrible company to work with. They should’ve refunded my $42 without any questions. Buyer Be Aware!!! F-

$50 to see Shipping Containers - Skip this cruise unless you are interested in seeing the mechanics of shipping containers being unloaded off of freighters , similar to Port Elizabeth as seen from the NJ turnpike. The Elbe has some beautiful areas, none of which we saw. It was all in German, supposedly an app for English, but we didn’t have any earbuds. Thankfully it was a beautiful day, they sell beer and drinks, we sat on the very top, so all was not lost, except $70
