No English available, despite the advertisements - Despite the advertisements, no English was available. As the tour began, we asked for headsets and were told it was only German. We asked again and this time they said to listen to our phones. After a third request, they provided instructions and this worked okay. The guy wasn't outright rude, but it was close Boat ride itself was fine but we felt like the victims of misleading advertising.

Afternoon canal ride - We had heard that the canal ride was a great experience, so we decided to give it a try. We did the 2-hour ride, and boarded just a few minutes before departure. The ride was nice, with beautiful views, but there was no English translation available, which we were ok with - the German-speaking passengers seemed to enjoy the boat Captains jokes and running dialogue.

not working guidance - an okay walk along some of the canals. It said that it was English guidance, but it worked for 5 minutes (app in mobile) it was not so much fun to be guided in German when you didn't understand. hardly an excuse for this.

Rude unhelpful driver/guide - don't take this cruise if you don't speak German! - The cruise was nice but the driver/guide was very rude and unhelpful. There were no instructions about how to connect to the English audio guide (which was promised on the website) and when I asked for help he was very rude and impatient and acted like it wasn't his problem. Made me feel like a nuisance and very unwelcome. Actually made me quite upset! Particularly as I was travelling solo. I suspect he was anti-English - I certainly didn't hear him take that tone with anyone else on the boat. So I didn't understand a thing and would have chosen a different tour had I known that would be the case. Will be asking for a refund but I doubt I'll get one. What a shame this treat was ruined for me

2 hours we won’t get back - Waste of time unless you can understand German. 2 hours too long for what is involved. Indoor seating was too warm with very little outdoor seating.

Boat ride from hell - we wanted to enjoy the 2 hour ride but it was, especially w two kids, very unsatisfying. It was about 25 degree celsius outside but inside the glas ceiling boat w absolute no breeze or AC - a ride from hell. having to wear the facemask due to covid made the 2 hour ride very difficult for a healthy person - not sure if someone w underlying health issued wld get a problem from heat exhaustion. NO drinks were offered. in addition to the very stressful situation, the captain was horrible. his comments about rich people or all other people on waters were very bad in taste and the way he talked to guests was also rude at best. cannot recommend this boat ride at all! i think all the passengers were grateful to get off that boat without fainting.
