Great day trip - Interesting trip. We were collected at 08.40 and delivered back just after 1800. I thought the day would drag but really enjoyed it. Swimming in the sea, the bbq and then to the island. We then had time to explore the capital of the island. I would recommend this trip and the guide was very informative pitching at just the right level. Thankyou

Worth going on - Very nice day trip, got picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Went on a boat trip to Kolokitha island, with bbq. Boat staff were incredible, beach was beautiful, went for a swim. Then off with boat to SPINALONGA also nice to visit, such a remarkable historic site. Then off with bus to agios Nicholas. All in all a very nice day, well worth going and staff so very nice.

Great day out, worth the money! - What a great time, currently on bus reviewing as tour guide (who has been super helpful and positive throughout) has said we can do so! But you get to visit multiple locations with a variety of experiences at each spot (from beaches to a colony to an oil factory), beyond my initial expectations as one thought you'd just visit Spinalonga. Lasted the whole day, and you get to go on boats (boats are cool). Oh and the food, lovely BBQ food with an orange (tip: don't eat all of it if you're seasick)

Nice tour - Enjoyed our stops. Found more time was spent on the bus than expected. We came from Heraklion do lots of pick ups and drop offs Ended up 8am -8pm. We did enjoy our activities and it was well orchestrated. Lunch …the pork chop was very yummy. I liked the time we had at the beach to walk or swim Spinalongo was cool place. Would have like for more details from the tour guide and more time here. The stop at Agia Nikolas was fine

Was so rushed it’s cheaper to rent a car and go then to get on this tour line - Good but not long stops only an hour snd 30 minutes at the beach it take 20 minutes to get to the sand and an hour shopping was felt so rushed which is only 30 minutes by the time you walk back to the bus then the lady said when we got back to the bus and on our way home “ sorry it was a short stop but you could have got the public-bus home if you wanted to “ spinalinga island is just a island with broken buildings and boring people got so fed up of the tour guide they all walked off

Too little time on Spinalonga - I had been looking forward to seeing Spinalonga and thought this day trip would be a good way to see it and some other parts of Crete. Sadly I felt we didn't have enough time on the island, which was disappointing. We had a tour guide, and whilst he was clearly passionate about the island and informative, I felt he talked a bit too long and left us with little time to explore the island ourselves afterwards. If you're going I'd just just walk round the island yourselves, you'll have more time to explore if you do that. I enjoyed the time on the island Kolokitha and the BBQ afterwards, however I felt this could have been shortened a bit to allow more time for Spinalonga. Once off the boat, our final destination was Agios Nikolaos and again, sadly we only had about an hour here which wasn't really enough time to explore. If we'd had more time in Crete I'd definitely have gone back there for the day and spent more time in the town.

Never again!!!!! - From the gum chewing tourguide, to the rocky beach and wrong information we were very dissapointed about our trip. The “BBQ” that was supposed to give us the option between steak and chicken was very poorly managed. We got pork instead, when we asked for chicken they told us that we needed to order this beforehand. Nobody mentionzd this to us, so we just went hungry. We had high hopes, but that was our mistake.

Not so great - We have joined the Spinalonga BBQ day trip. We were really disappointed. You only pass through Elounda, no stops or short breaks. You go straight to the boat, so basically you must buy coffee or water or food on it! When we arrived at Spinalonga, our guide asked us to take place in a corner and started talking for ages. When he finished, it was a bit more than midday! By 12:30 we had to be back on the boat, basically no time to visit the island properly. Once on the boat, they took us to the wild desert island of Kolokhita with no facilities, umbrellas to rent or any other services, but those on the boat (a small can of local beer will cost you 3 euro). On the island, you can reach a rocky stone beach with a few trees to find a little shadow under them, if you are able to climb over the rocks along the coastline and willing to share with many others. If you can't do the climbing, you can choose between waiting for two hours on the boat for the bbq to be ready, or jumping off the boat for a little swim. The BBQ is a slice of meat of your choice between chicken breast or pork, salad, 1 slice of bread and an orange. On the way back you have about 90 minutes to spend in Ag. Nicolaus, which are barely enough for a little stroll and a coffee. To summarize, if you are looking to explore and visit places like us, this is not for you! If you want to have a modest lunch and spend most of your time on a boat, then it's perfect!

insufficient - We had booked a 4-hour tour through Getyourguide. The description said that unlimited water was included, so we didn't have much water with us. Unfortunately, it turned out that water on the boat was chargeable. We asked the tour guide about this, and the explanation was that only water during meals was free. However, we had to wait for the salad and fruit bar until two swimming stops were over. The children were hungry, so we wanted to buy sandwiches (which were on the menu). But there weren't any because the group before us had used up all the sandwiches... We had to buy a bag of chips because there was nothing left except ice cream. We also told the tour guide about this, but she said she couldn't do anything. 5 minutes later, the tour guide came and brought us (2 adults and 3 children) a bottle of water (2.5 dl). The salad and fruit buffet later was sufficient and enough for all guests, and the water was also generously served. Unfortunately, it was in thin plastic cups that blew off the boat... it's incomprehensible these days that people generate plastic waste in the sea so carelessly. We will definitely not book with Tourline again.

NO LEOPARDS! - There weren't any leopards! Liars! I would highly consider trying another island if you are looking for leopard's! It's not fair.
