Great day at Tortuga Island - The tour was great! Everything was on time. I saw dolphins. I also saw a lot of colorful fish when I was snorkeling. The beach at tortuga island is cool and clean

A view that we’ll never forget - I came to celebrate my birthday with my friends and this was such a beautiful experience! The view was incredible! The crew was so nice and made us feel very welcomed. We definitely enjoyed it!

A must!!! - Loved this activity. Water was the perfect temperature, food was good, and the views were breathtaking. The bus was clean and the boat ride was fun. I highly highly recommend this tour.

Had a great time - The boat ride was so much fun. Seeing the monkeys on shore was exciting. Snorkeling was fun. There was a vegan option for me at lunch, which I appreciate. This was a great way to spend the day.

BOOK IT - A very fun adventure, you will take a boat about an hour to the island you’ll be staying at , very beautiful place and perfect water , just be aware there are jellyfish but not much of a problem, lunch was delicious and they had a bar on the island so you can get some drinks as well. definitely a must do . Also keep in mind this is an ALL DAY TOUR they will pick you up in the morning very early and you won’t be back to San Jose until later that night

Perfect Escape from busy SJO - Interesting fast boat drive to the tropical island, snorkeling with lots of fish to see. Good food. Fairly priced cocktails on the island.

Great experience, pro staff, comfortable transportation, amazing view - The guide was amazing, transportation was comfortable, and convenient . Tortuga is a place to visit. :)

Beautiful area but expensive for what you get - It was a very beautiful drive and a beautiful island, but there were a few things that frustrated me. For the price, I expected to at least have a towel included. I thought it was a little ridiculous they said they didn’t want us to wear our swimsuits back on the bus but didn’t provide towels or even mention that we should bring some. The water at the island was also not as clear as I had hoped and made snorkeling not super ideal. I also think it’s ridiculous they only offer pickup from 6 locations. I’ve taken tours all over Latin America and for a 1/3 of the price, they offer pickup from anywhere in the city. Another super weird thing was that once on the island, my gf and I wanted to hike to the top to see the view, and a local worker tried to say I had to buy something from the gift shop in order to access the trail. We then found a side gate and hiked for free no problem. Overall, it was still a good experience, but for the price, they should offer towels and pickup service. The guides were nice.

Not worth the price and drive. - I give this excursion 2 stars: Cons Very long boat ride to beach, time not placed in description. Long bus ride to boat. My hotel was not a pick up location so had to pay an Uber to get to pick up location. Beach was very dirty and so was water, not blue as depicted in pictures. You have to pay $1 to use the bathroom. Beach is small, doesn't look grand as in photos. There was no place to rent a tent, with Beach chairs, towels, cooler and unlimited drinks. The food that came with tour was rice, chicken or fish and a small salad. No beans, maduros or patacones. There was only tea with lunch, no water or soda option. It wasn't sunny, but that was mother nature. Pros - My girls enjoyed snorkeling. We saw dolphins headed to the beach and back..so amazing and we recorded it. We rented chairs and purchased drinks..they were priced as expected. Bring towels, lots of cash, drinks and snacks.
