Awesome Day in West Crete! - We went to Crete on a day when we couldn’t find a regular tour on GetYourGuide and Snami were able to put together a custom itinerary for us that included everything we wanted to see! Our guide Nicholas (Nikos) was incredible giving us a ton of history and local information as we went. He took us to an amazing place for lunch that we never would have found on our own. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you’re looking for anything tour/transfer related on Crete!

A Wonderful Private Excursion in Crete - Our driver and guide. Nicholas, was terrific… friendly, knowledgeable, and full of love for Crete, its culture and history. He truly cared that we were comfortable and enjoying our excursion with him. He was happy to adjust as need be. And his driving skills were superb. When he picked us up in the morning (in an impeccably clean Nissan Murano) we reviewed with him a list of sites we hoped to visit over the course of the day. Happily, we were able to visit all the sites on our list and then some, never feeling rushed. In between sites, we had great conversations about Cretan history, culture, food, wine, etc., and we learned about his family and what their daily life is like. In addition to our sightseeing, we found a country taverna in a lovely setting that served great food - it was truly a memorable meal. In short, we had a wonderful day thanks to Nicholas and we would highly recommend him and Snami travel for a private / customized tour in Crete.

Excellent - Zach was a great driver, shared wonderful details about the areas and the snacks were from his family's local farm/ garden!

One of a Kind Day in Crete - We had an amazing day with Marinella. She is native to Crete and took us to places that would have never been offered by a cruise ship. Among the places we went was Kournas Lake, Preveli Monastery, the beautiful town of Rethymno, where we saw phyllo dough made by hand, Chaini and Sousa Bay. He is a native of Crete and extremely knowledgeable. If you want a true, one of a kind, once in a lifetime experience, with a guide that has your best interest at heart, she is the guide for you. These photos do not do the tour justice so I hope my review will be more useful. One of the best days of our trip was with her in Crete.
