TOUR ITINERARY :
3:30p.m : Our tour representative will collect you from your hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, and then we will proceed to Hoi An. This town, listed as a World Heritage Site, is situated along the Thu Bon river and has maintained its timeless appeal for centuries, making it a perfect location for taking captivating pictures. Historically, Hoi An served as an international trading port for the Champa Kingdom, dealing in wood, gold, and silk. During this period, Hoi An hosted trade expos that drew numerous traders from places like Holland, Portugal, Japan and China. However, once the river became too shallow, Da Nang took over from Hoi An as the primary harbour.
During the guided walking tour of Hoi An’s old town, our guide will elaborate on the history of the Japanese bridge, traditional homes, Chinese Assembly Hall, and a cultural and historical museum.
Next, we embark on a 20-minute boat trip to get a glimpse of Hoi An city at early evening. Afterwards, you can take a stroll to the night market to admire the vibrant lanterns or have some leisure time.
Lastly, the trip comes to an end and we will escort you back to your hotel.
