- Tra Que Vegetable Village - The Tra Que vegetable village is a quiet, tranquil and lush green farming area. Lined with neat rows of planted herbs and vegetables. A far cry from the busy streets and incessant horn-honking just around the corner. \n\nAlthough relatively small in size, the Tra Que organic garden is hugely important and well-known in Hoi An. Specifically for producing the highest-quality vegetables thanks to the special techniques used.\n\nWe will ride the bike/car on the path of many trees next to the rice fields, buffalo, cows in the field, the village road from the countryside to the wild road along the village.\nFirst stopping at local family producing local rice pancake and mat weaving family.\n- Thanh Ha Pottery Village - Our first stop at Thanh Ha Pottery Village where you will be shown how to work a pottery wheel and you will get a chance to show off your talent, helping to make a pot. You also get an opportunity to purchase some locally made pottery to take home.\n- Bay Mau Coconut Forest - Our next stop is Coconut Forest where we will test the seafarer in you as you will take a ride in a bamboo basket boat giving you a chance to fish for crabs.\n\nYou will learn how locals throw out the big fishing nets and you will get to try this for yourself.\n\nYour local guides will demonstrate their amazing skills at making watches, fish, and grasshoppers from coconut leaves which they will then give to you as souvenirs.\n\nAfter all the experiences on the basket boat, rest a little bit, then enjoy in a wonderful meal for lunch cooked by a local family.

Hang is an incredible guide! We had the best tour of the full trip and get to experience Hoi An the best way. - Incredible tour and guide. I would give it 6 stars if I could. It was the best experience of our trip for sure! Hang was excellent all the way through. We got to do everything in only 8 hours: Mountain Pass, try the local coffee, go to local markets, ride a buffalo, take a cooking class, take a pottery class, and visit a coconut village.
I told Hang we would like to avoid other tourists as well as possible, and he did that excellent. It felt like a very authentic experience. He even helped us negotiate the prices when some stores tried to give us tourist-prices!
Will def reach out again if we ever go back to Hoi An! Thank you Hang!

Local countryside cooking tour - We had an absolutely fabulous time walking through the local markets, working the organic soil and planting some local vegetables.
We had the opportunity to prepare local meals and experience how to cook them.
