Lovely boat ride and amazing cooking experience - The whole experience was fantastic even if it wasn't quite what we were expecting: we didn't get to do the shopping for the ingredients in the description but, the boat ride with a local paddling was a lovely experience.
The cooking afterwards was amazing...the food was delicious and they were very happy to accommodate dietary needs.
Very friendly chef, and his wife, treated us to fresh ingredients and a great introduction to Vietnamese cooking.

Amazing cooking class with amazing guide - We loved the cooking class. Han was a perfect guide and gave us lots of information about the Vietnamese cuisine and typical ingredients you can get at the market. We had lots of fun and learned a lot! :)

Awesome! - Had a great morning with Anna! First we visited a local food market and then we went in the coconut boat to make some delicious dishes. Anna explained everything very well and the cooking class was easy to follow ;)

Very enjoyable - a great way to heighten Hoi An experience - Really enjoyable morning, we visited the local market to collect ingredients. We then went on the coconut boats through the mangroves and watched the guide fish for crabs.
We then returned for the main event and cooked some traditional Vietnamese dishes which were amazing.

Exceeded expectations - I am so glad I booked this! Really nice sized class of 10 people, cooking in pairs, so I was paired with the other solo in the group and got along with her great! The market tour was interesting and not too long. The whole experience is very thought out and works like a well-oiled machine. The bamboo boats were absolutely hilarious and the crab fishing on the way back was a fun little addition.
I was initially cautious of all the added extras to the cooking class tour but they all exceeded my expectations and the class itself was interesting, informative and delicious!!

Absolutely worth doing - Ha was fun and very informative, the food was all delicious and she gave us the recipe to take home! The basket boats were great and the fishermen and women were very fun and enthusiastic

My favourite tour experience in Vietnam! - Thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We got to try lots of fruits and foods I'd never heard of in the market like a local thanks to our tour guide. He explained in very good English what each of them were and made us feel very welcome and safe in the markets.
We then went to a serene bit of river to do some fishing with some locals. The fishermen were so much fun and we were laughing the entire time.
Afterwards we had a cooking tour hosted at the hosts house with his relative. She showed us traditional cooking methods and got us all joining in. We managed to make a flavourful banquet under guidance.
The whole experience was great from start to finish and I would recommend!

No tour? - Booked and payed for tour. The night before they canceled the tour. The excuse was, we no longer offer this tour.
