Hoi An - Along the way, you’ll encounter vendors selling “Xí Mà Phủ,” a well-known Hoi An delicacy made from black sesame. Give it a try! The tour continues to a local family making Cao Lau, a Hoi An specialty. They will show you how to make this unique dish, a skill only a few families in Hoi An possess. Next, visit another family making “Banh it la gai,” a special cake in Hoi An. Learn how to wrap the cake in ramie leaf and watch them cook it. Don’t forget to taste it!
