- Hoi An Ancient Town - Hoi An is an ancient town located in the lower section of Thu Bon River, Quang Nam Province, about 30 kilometers south of Danang city. Hoi An was a bustling international trading port,a meeting place of the trading ships of Japan, China and the West during the 17th and 18th centuries. Before this period, there was here also traces of Champa port which was known as a site on Silk Road along the sea. Hoi An ancient town today is a special example of a traditional port city in Southeast Asia which has been well preserved. Most houses here are of traditional architecture dating from the 17th to the 19th century, and are along the narrow main streets. Hoi An is also a land mark recorded much of the mixture of acculturation. The architecture of the city reflects the influence of chinese, japanese, french traders. Hoi An still maintained an intangible cultural diversity and richness.
UNESCO has recognized the ancient town of Hoi An as a world cultural heritage in 1999

TOUR ITINERARY:
Our tour guide will meet you at your accommodation in Da Nang or Hoi An city at 3:00 p.m (Please note that motorbikes are not allowed in Hoi An city centre from 3:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m, it’s only open for foot traffic), and then transport you to Hoi An city.
Your sight-seeing tour in Hoi An will commence from 3:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m, during which we’ll explore the historical old town. Key sites includes Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Ancient commercial house, Japanese covered bridge, Cultural and historical museum, local market and more…
Following that, we’ll embark on a Sampan boat cruise along the small Hoai River for around 20 minutes, offering you a glance of Hoi An’s way of life as night falls.
Subsequently, we will stroll to the lantern area and the night market. Here, you have the option to dine on your own at the Night Market.
The tour wraps up by dropping you back at your accommodation in Da Nang or Hoi An city.

Delightful Visit to Hoi An - Our tour guide, Mr. Kent is nice and professional. He told us the history of Vietnam and Hoi An, it was very interesting; he is a knowledge person. He kept time very well so that we were on time for the art performing show. The walking tour was smooth and finished after the beautiful boat ride. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Amazing Scenery & History - Our guide Ken was very knowledgeable on the history of Hoi An and the overall history of Vietnam. I can tell that he is very passionate about what he does because there was no question in regard to history that he couldn't answer. The highlight of the tour of course was the boat ride which was a nice sail along the river. Definitely recommend if you're in the local area.

Great experience - Lots of time to explore ourselves including shopping and the night market. Walked into a couple museums in the historic town and learned things we wouldn’t have if we did not go with a tour guide.

Night Visit to Hoi An - We enjoyed our visit to Hoi An with our guide Mr Tony. Ancient town was lovely and highlight were the night lanterns and the boat ride. Thanks Mr Tony for being so accommodating and considerate. Highly recommended.

Best of Hoa An - Worth doing especially afternoon nand Night Markets, don't forget to get silk lanterns as no whete else in Vietnam as good or plentiful. Great guide Lee who explained very interesting information.

An enjoyable visit to Hoi-An - We really enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide, Ms Chang, was very friendly and gave us an interesting, informative guide about the area and its history. Hoi An itself is a must-see when staying in Central Vietnam. It's very busy, but don't let that put you off. It's stunning, especially at night when the area lights up with all the lanterns. As well as seeing the sights and taking a boat ride on the river, there was plenty of time to visit the night market, have a sit-down meal in a local restaurant or as we did, sample the many different food choices from the local street-food vendors.

Great Hoi An Private Tour - This is definitely the best way to see Hoi An. Our guide, Ms Vy, was friendly, helpful and informative. She showed us around the old town, with access to all key interest points included in the tour, and insightful commentary provided along the way. Being a private tour, we had some flexibility and easy access to activities like the river boat ride which Ms Vy timed to perfection. The pick and drop off from Da Nang was seamless and the car was modern and clean. A thoroughly enjoyable evening in Hoi An, I would definitely recommend this tour.
