Our accredited guide will meet you at the Confucius temple and will accompany you up to Hoi An Parish Church where we can taste the first dish is Bánh Căn - a little savory Vietnamese pancakes are made with a thin rice flour batter. They are cooked on outdoor grills which are equipped with a specialized terracotta bánh căn mold. The mixture is poured into the mold, and the pancake is then topped with quail egg and flavored with pickles and herbs.

26 Thái Phiên - The next one is Cao Lau - Hoi An specialty dish that only found in this town. It typically consists of pork and greens on a bed of rice noodles made from rice which has been soaked in lye water, giving them a characteristic texture and colour that sets the dish apart from other Vietnamese noodle dishes. It is also well known as Vietnamese Udon.
49 Trần Hưng Đạo - The next one is Bánh Xèo Nem Lụi ( Hoi An rice pancake with grilled pork). With a very thin rice paper, you lay down it to hand and put the layer of rice pancake on it. Put herb and pickles in, start to roll deep it to peanut sauce. It is amazing dish.
Old Garden Restaurant (Vườn Xưa) - Another dish of Hoi An city known as is White Rose and Wonton.
White Rose : are made from translucent white dough which is filled with spiced minced shrimp and bunch up to look like a rose petal with white color.
Wonton : a deep fried and covered in a salsa-like topping of vegetables and sweet and sour shrimp are crispy, mouth-watering works of art.

Great Hoi An experience ever! - We are from Australia and it was our first time visiting Vietnam and thanks to Huy we had a great time in Hoi An. We were recommended to lots of great local food and took a lot of great pictures since he knew all the best spots. Huy accompanied us for the Da Nang and Hue tours as well and he really looked after us. If you need anything just ask for he’s advice. We would definitely recommend his service for anyone just visiting the Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue area.
