Great zipline experience - Arranged through Runners Adventures. Had a great time doing this with our granddaughters (20's). Ziplines were so much fun and instructors were professional, friendly and very safety conscious. Even the hotel pickup and bus ride were enjoyable as our driver/guide was funny and entertaining as he talked about the areas we were driving through. Would highly recommend.

Our guide on the drive up was awesome. I forgot his name but I included his picture. - This was a great trip for my 16-year-old daughter and myself. It is a long drive from the resort because you have to go into the mountains, but the view is beautiful as you can see in the picture. You drive through some very small local towns on the way up and you get a glimpse of how people there live. At one point, we had to slow down because three cows were walking right down the middle of the road and they, obviously, have the right away. Lol When you arrive, don’t be stressed about the amount of people that are waiting to go on the course as they move you through it without very much waiting at all. The staff are very professional and very good at their job they make you feel safe the entire course. A special shout out to Reyes. It was very helpful to both me and my daughter. At the end of the course, they do not solicit you for tips. There’s a big bucket for tips and you just go up there and drop money in it.

Awesome experience - Really cool experience with different varieties of length, speed, and views. Staff at each zipline were friendly and safety definitely came first. It was my girlfriends first time ziplining and she loved it

Monkey land and ziplines - Such an amazing day. Full of fun and adventure. Flying over tree tops, rivers from mountain to mountain. All the staff were amazing friendly and never rushed you.

Zipline adventures - Rafael and Angel were great. Angel shared lots of information about the Dominican Republic and its culture on the drive. Rafael was by far the best driver we had during our trip. The ziplines were fun and the staff were all nice

Awesome - Amazing experience! Definitely a must when you’re in Punta Cana. My wife and I absolutely loved it. Would do it again.

Great Day! - Excellent day out. Juan Cruz or Dominican Tom Cruz was our tour guide and he was great, friendly, funny, hardworking and has great knowledge of the island and the local community. The zip lining was great 12 different lines and various heights and length- my 14 and 16 daughters loved it. The guides were friendly and very well trained. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome time! - Had a great time, and great instructors and safety persons on each platform. Lots of fun and beautiful grounds. The weather was perfect as well and added to the enjoyment.

Fun trip, annoying transport - Ziplining was super fun, friendly staff, great course. Safety is a priority. It rained, but it’s in the forest and just added to the adventure! Transport to/from resort was annoying since they combine tours, you will wait for other tours to finish, like - for us - we waited 90 min.

Lots of wasted time.. Lots of people - Fun zip lines but not outstanding. We had about an 1h15min drive each way. On the way there the driver/guide was very informative but hard to hear in the back. Once we got to the location... We sat ready for at least an hr. There were around 90 plus others from different tour versions going at the same time. They didn't start the instructions until everyone showed up and did their thing /geared up. The course had 12 ziplines. Very scenic but at least 4 of the my college age kids couldn't go far enough. (1st time ever for this). The lines either need to be tighter or the platforms are not high enough. The workers were great though. There wasn't a ton of walking or stairs. They move you through the lines fast. I guess so you can visit the shop longer. After, we had to wait for all 90 ppl to complete it.. Get pics and do whatever so we could leave (45 min of waiting). Our whole bus was just sitting waiting... Too much down time. Overall.. A lot wasted time and way to many ppl at once for average zip lines.
