Top Tour for Ho Chi Minh - You will see everything you need in one day. Bring extra clothes as you will sweat quite heavily. Tour guide and bus is good. The attractions are average, but there is nothing else to see in Ho Chi Minh.

WHAT A DAY - This tour was awesome. My sister and I were first time travellers to Vietnam, and this tour did not disappoint us at all! Our Tour guide, Tony, was great! Really informative and had great English and was always up for a laugh. Honestly, was the best way to find out more about the Vietnam War from both sides aspects. It was moving, to say the least. The pictures on the 1st floor of the War Memorial are quite confronting, so just be aware. We went to a Coffee tasting, Weasel Coffee. I liked it and I'm not an espresso drinker by any means. And lunch was good too. Very tasty. The tunnels..... HOLY WOW! There's a shooting range within the tunnels grounds, just a forewarning for those who do have any PTSD or other hyperawarenesses. Just thought I'd say something as it wasn't pointed out till we were there, that there is a firing range. But, all in all. It was an awesome day.

The visit to the Reunification... -
The visit to the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum were interesting, the General Post Office OK and the Notre Dame Cathedral though impressive was only a viewing from the street. We did get some commentary on the bus but most of the time at locations was independent viewing. The lunch location and food was excellent.

The trip through countryside to the Cu Chi Tunnels was interesting, and the tour through the area and the commentary provided on how the tunnels etc featured before and during the Vietnam war were fascinating. The advertised several hours exploring the maze-like network however was rather around an hour at the site exploring above ground exhibits and about 100 metres of the tunnels.

Overall the day tour was enjoyable but organisation needs some work. Getting started on the morning tour was slow and involved walking to 3 separate locations rounding up people before getting into the bus, and it was confusing that this full day tour comprised some only taking the morning or afternoon segments.

Essential Saigon, and War details - This This is an ideal tour to fully experience Vietnam, plus enjoy lunch by the pool. Our guide aka Joseph ? (Tour date:17.9.19) organised our group well. We visited Notre dame Cathedral but could not go in as its being restored. However the Post Office across the road was another historic building. The highlights of the tour were the Palace, War remnants Museum and the tunnels at Cu Chi.
