• Nguyen Hue Street - Nguyen Hue Boulevard, located in District 1, downtown Ho Chi Minh City, is one of the city’s oldest streets. It has undergone several transformations and is now a famous pedestrian street.
• People’s Committee Building - The headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee is a classic architectural work built between 1898 and 1908 and inaugurated in 1909. During the French colonial period, it was known as Hôtel de ville or Dinh Xa Tay. During the Republic of Vietnam, it was called Saigon City Hall. Since the reunification of Vietnam, it has been the workplace of the People’s Committee and the People’s Council of Ho Chi Minh City, along with other agencies.
