Products are displayed on bamboo poles (known as Bẹo) on the boats, making it easy for tourists and locals to see what each boat is selling.
The market actually opens at 3:30 AM, with peak activity between 5 AM and 6 AM, when 350 to 400 boats filled with tourists, locals, and vendors create a bustling scene.
