- War Remnants Museum - The War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City first opened its doors to the public in 1975. Previously called the ‘Museum of American War Crimes,’ it stands as a poignant reminder of the prolonged and brutal Vietnam War. The museum displays photographs and military equipment from the United States, including a rocket-launching helicopter, a tank, a fighter jet, and a single-seat attack aircraft. Additionally, a conventional bomb weighing 6,800kg is on display. These weapons were used by American forces against the Vietnamese between 1945 and 1975.
