No matter what the weather Mt Wellington was Beautiful - Despite the clouds and mist restricting the view over Hobart we were great with a surreal ice covered misty landscape and the Driver was excellent guide as well !!

A must do when in Hobart - Both the Mt Wellington tour and the Mona visit were memorable. Although it was amazingly cold up on the mountain, it is something you have to do when visiting Hobart, also the visit to Mona was something that we will never forget, but hard to put into words,

Beautiful country side awful art experience - We loved the Mt Wellington tour, the bus driver guide was excellent. The MONA was over rated, I was not impressed by their art range or the fact that many exhibits were closed or you had to find them ( digital guide was poor) and then que digitally, the stair wells smell of cat pee 🤢 it also thought it was rude to make us walk up the 99 stair when there was a beautiful tunnel entrance we could have gone through not nice to do at midday ina heat wave and then we had to walk downstairs to the entrance to get a drink of water 😰

Do it yourself instead - Personally I found the driver/guide quite rude and pushy. I didn't think it was worth the money - you don't really get anything except a drive up the mountain and back.

She should be sacked - The lady at the pier counter , where you check in for the tour was very unfriendly, I would say even rude, unforgivable in the tour industry, so got off to a very bad start. She should be sacked.

Mt Wellington good....MONA poor. - The bus trip to the top of Mt Wellington was good and the driver, Colin, was excellent in every respect. That was the best part of the activity unfortunately. The ferry trip to MONA was good. The best part of our MONA experience was seeing the actual space: how it had been carved out of the sandstone. As for the content of MONA it was largely pretentious and at times crude rubbish. We were very disappointed and we would not recommend the activity to anyone.
