The BEST Hoi an tour experience - The BEST tour you can do in Hoi an!! Harry and Michael were fantastic. We left hotel 5.30am to beat the heat of Hoi an and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the town slowly waking up, travelled the quiet streets on motorbikes enjoying the scenery. We visited local families that specialised in fish sauce, rice noodles, reed mats and rice wine vinegar. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Breakfast was the BEST rice noodle salads we have ever had, but nothing prepared us for Cavalry coffee!! absolutely delicious coffee and we intend to visit this coffee cafe again. Wonderful tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars

A True Taste of Hoi An - Behind the charm of Hoi An , we had a glimpse of what builds it today. The cornerstone of this place are the people, as their livelihood and smiles emanate in this tour bespeaks their resilience & strength. We are enlightened to see first hand their stories & how each family-owned businesses work together to provide products for the community. We also got away from the hustle & bustle of the town, and really get to taste (also literally) the lives of locals. Eating with the locals early morning is a refreshing experience. It was worth waking up at 5:00 a.m as we not only get to see the sun rise but we get to visit the whole sale market. Really grateful this tour was offered to us by our boutique hotel as it was less touristy & we were able to absorb the moments at our own pace & enjoy our time with our tour guides, Leo, Harry & Stella. Each homes we visit isn’t only a family running a business, but they have stories to tell how they have thrive amidst adversity. The creativity, the passion & the heart they put in what they do is reflected in their smiles. If you wan an experience of an off the beaten track, this experience should not be missed to truly have a glimpse and taste of Hoi An.

Off the beaten track and heart-warming - Harry, our tour guide, is energetic and considerate. His curation and sharing in this tour is valuable. This tour is one of a kind and lives up to its name in offer a glimpse into the lives of Vietnamese people in rural Hoi An. I appreciate how this tour is able to show and support the work of at least 6-7 small local businesses/families in the area too.

10/10 experience - What an amazing day had with harry! Harry was an excellent local guide and took great care of us. He spoke amazing English and was able to guide us through every part of our day, answering all questions along the way. He was amazing with our young son and ensured he was having a great time. The tour gave an eye opening experience of local Vietnamese life! Whilst booking the tour, harry was very attentive via WhatsApp and was able to tailor the itinerary to suit our needs as a family. During the tour we met lovely, and very welcoming, local people who invited us into their homes and allowed us to try and get involved with their craft (mat weaving, rice paper and noodle making and coffee roasting process.) Harry and our driver even made stops to get delicious salted coffee and sugar cane juice! 10/10 experience! Thank you!

What an insightful tour into Hoi An! - A highly recommended tour with the locals especially if it is your first visit to Hoi An. Our tour began at the fish market, onto the rice wine brewery and there is plenty to absorb having stopped at various locations. The most precious takeaway for me is a glimpse into the lives of the locals and being able to share a smile or a story with them. We truly appreciate our tour guides Harry, Nga, Tâm, Michael, and Hien - they do so much by connecting people from around the world with the local community. This is such a valuable investment into the lives of the local community that money cannot buy.

The Real of Rural Hoi An - We really enjoyed this scooter tour with driver! Concentrating on the less touristy aspects of the very touristy Hoi An it allowed us to see things that we would not have been able to see on our own such as local production of noodles, grappa, coffee, fish sauce, the fish market. So many things to see, so many things to taste! Punctual, friendly, excellent photographers! Excellent English too! Not to be missed!

Experience Rural Vietnam outside of Hoi An - Amazing experience with Harry & team. Like noodle making and fish sauce. Also got to visit villagers in their homes. We got to experience rural life in the village islands. Very nice half-day tour in Hoi An and would highly recommend it.

Must do in Hoi An - This was the most amazing tour I've done so far during my stay in Vietnam. Harry was an amazing tour guide, friendly, passionate, helpful, knowledgeable and fun! Can't recommend him and the tour highly enough. Very authentic experience visiting villages as they go about their work ... making noodles, rice wine, weaving and more. Fantastic experience. Thanks so much Harry for your flexibility and giving me an experience in Vietnam that I will never forget.... and sharing the incredible photos you took on my journey.

The best tour!!! - This was one of the best tours I have ever been on! Guides Harry and Leo were so energetic and engaging. My kids were too scared to travel by scooter so we had an air conditioned van at no extra cost to us. Everyone was friendly and we truly felt welcomed into people’s homes. We learned so much and would recommend this tour to everyone!

The best tour! - This was one of the best tours I have ever taken. We were a family of 4 with two kids age 8 and 11. We didn’t feel comfortable taking scooters so an air conditioned van was provided at no additional cost. The tour was the perfect mix of learning/experiences and rest breaks (amazing coffee and noodles). The locals welcomed us into their homes and we didn’t feel out of place or voyeuristic. Guides Harry and Leo were so friendly, enthusiastic and engaging. We 100% recommend this tour to everyone!
