Great experience - Fun trip, saw manates, they will swim right under the kayake! Larry was our tour guide and he was great, very knowledgeable and friendly!

Highly recommended magical experience - Our tour was through the Neal Preserve due to high winds. Dan and Jon did a great job making sure no one got left behind, and Dan had some very interesting facts to share with us about the things we encountered. We saw so many upside-down jellyfish! There were several magical moments with the setting sun, the mangrove silhouettes, and the lights from the kayaks that made this very memorable. One thing to be aware of is the launch point can get really muddy, so flip flops may not be the best footwear.

Awesome kayaking experience! - Ricky was amazing!It was our first time kayaking and he was so helpful.When we got tired he helped pull us in and kept us calm during the entire experience.

Kayak tour - John did a great job as a tour guide. He was friendly and experienced. Marine life did not cooperate but we enjoyed our time together on the water.

Super fun clear LED kayak tour - Kevin was a great guide! The trip was fun plus informative. An exciting vacation adventure! Very cool. We saw starfish, needlefish, horseshoe crabs, snails/conch and more.

Kayaking Blast! - John was our guide and he was super nice and knowledgeable! We really enjoyed our experience with him! As a group of 60 somethings, we didn't know what to expect and had a blast!

Terrible customer service - We never took this trip. It was raining and lightning all day and I sent a request through the app to see if was re-booked. I asked about changing the date to the next day ( today) and still nothing. It was raining hard at the 8PM departure time with lightning and still nothing from anyone. This app might offer you good deals but the customer service sucks. There is no way to contact the operator directly for some help. I will be disputing the charge with AMX.

Not for kids - This is not a kayak tour for children as it is slow and have to search for the marine life. Too much seaweed in the bay during our trip. Guide scared kids talking about seeing multiple sharks. Nice people but not worth the money for our family
