Wonderful Food Experience in Canaries! - If you are in the Canaries area you must try Claudia’s Kitchen. You can make a reservation for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Claudia and her mom Roma are friendly and welcoming. Claudia serves local cuisine and adds her own special touch. We had grilled tuna, rice with a dash of curry, dasheen and plantain – all with delicious accompanying sauces. The food is simply delicious. Claudia also prepared freshly squeezed juices from passion fruit and lemon/oranges – so cold and refreshing. We were staying in the apartment nearby and got to know her – one morning she popped over with lovely freshly baked buns. Their home is surrounded by a wonderful garden filled with flowers and many exotic plants.
